RFY-2
Hello everybody, sorry if I ask a bit dumb, but I noticed there is a RFY-2 protocol now supported in Domoticz. What is that for and when should I use that. Is there a benefit over RFY? I tried a Google site:domoticz.com rfy-2 but only got one thread that talked about bad search functionality but not ...
Re: ZXT-120
The device itself seems to work smoothly. I've switched over to openHAB with it to try and I can without any problems run my Mitsubishi Heavy AC with it.

I would appreciate some documentation / explanation on that as well. Thanks for asking @jake.

Re: SendNotification API
Hello, sorry, but I didn't yet get how to use it in the latest beta with LUA script. Could you please post an example, especially with highest priority (2) where you can set reminder time, etc. according to Pushover API? I want to use it to alert me when the alert system detects intrusion, and thus ...

Hello!
I got this working now as well, and wonder how I can now send a push notification from LUA. Is there a 'SEND PUSHOVER' command?

You can use the Popp smoke detectors that also come with a separate siren.

Re: which Co2 sensor?
Does anyone have a suggestion of which CO2 sensors they would actually recommend? Google spits them out, but I would be happy to hear about experiences in a) interoperability with Domoticz and b) overall satisfaction with the devices.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Danfoss Living Connect LC03 with Aeon Z-Stick Gen5
It has been implemented in the current beta: Version 3.xxxx (December xth 2016) [...] - Implemented: Blockly/Lua Set SetPoint option [...] Source: https://github.com/domoticz/domoticz/blob/master/History.txt Hmmm.... running current beta haven't seen that option, yet in Blockly. I'll have a look ...

Re: Danfoss Living Connect LC03 with Aeon Z-Stick Gen5
Has there been any progress with regards of not being able to set temperature from Blockly scripts directly to the thermostat? Do we still have to use the URL calls?

Hi gizmocucz,
is the "I think it's 29" now proven to be the smoke sensor? Could be severe to just rely on "I think"
Thanks for the great work!

Re: Popp smoke detector and siren 004001 configuration
As said above by @wilcoyote: change "on" value from 99 to 255 and "off" value from 99 to 0. I can now turn on the siren and it starts howling.

Many thanks for your findings. Do you have a guide for how to patch OpenZwave or can you provide it to the devs to integrate it?

what do you use as AC controller, if I may kindly ask? I have a ZXT-120, but I cannot control my Mitsubishi AC with it. Perhaps yours is a better one and worth a try.
Thx.

Re: AEON Labs Z-Wave Range Repeater & Range Extender
Hi lukcinek, if you want a (in-wall) relay for repeater, I strongly recommend you to get the newer FGS223 and NOT the FGS222. The former is Z-Wave Plus, while the latter is 1st generation Z-Wave. Hence the FGS223 is a better range extender than the FGS222. I just happened to have a problem that my ...

Re: Strange devices appear in RFXtrx433E
Thank you Hans! Okay - at first sight good, but at second it still freaks me out.
So the controller adds them without knowing what it is? Still feels scary in terms of security. What if a device sends poisonous commands to the controller? Is it possible to secure the controller against this?

Strange devices appear in RFXtrx433E
Hello, I don't know whether I missed a post about this, but I see strange devices in my Domoticz installation for the RFXtrx433E, which I do not own nor have I actively added them (like the temperature sensor in the screenshot). Does the RFXtrx433E allow automatic adding devices to itself? Is my ...
