Re: Z-Wave factfile Fibaro FGBS-001 Universal Binary Sensor
hello, I can't iclude my FGBS-001 Universal Binary Sensor in my zwave network. I am running latest stable domoticz on RPI 2 + Razberry (more than 30 zwave devices). I am using a DC12V - 200mA charger, tested with a led strip (works fine), but i can't include the FGBS-001. I have tried GND + P and ...

Can’t believe it was that easy! Had the exact same problem.

Re: Z-Wave factfile Fibaro FGBS-001 Universal Binary Sensor
"You need a power-supply to power it (any voltage between 9V and 30V DC); its power consumption is too high for a 9V battery to last even 1-2 days (we measured around 160mW @16V DC input with one DS18B20 temperature sensor connected and with very strong Z-wave controller signal strength)" https ...

Re: Can't get slave dimmer to work correctly
Thanks, that certainly explains the behaviour! I had a read through the sub/slave section of the manual and it does start by saying that this is a difficult concept but then unfortunately doesn't explain the purpose of the function in a short and to-the-point sentence such as yours.

Re: Can't get slave dimmer to work correctly
I've just tried the same thing with a Nexa RF transmitter mapped as a sub device under a Fibaro dimmer by following the steps on page 28 and 29 in the manual. When operating the remote on and off buttons both the sub-device and the main device change status to On in Domoticz but no command is sent ...

Re: Manually set the alarm of a Fibaro Smoke Detector
No that's most likely the tamper switch which triggers if the unit is removed from its base.
As this sensor is battery powered and asleep 99% of the time there's no way to connect to it in order to trigger the siren on demand.

Re: Siemens/Bosch Home Connect Ecosystem
Looks promising and could be very useful if for instance the laundry room is in the basement. I hope there will be a way to interact with the appliances directly to avoid dependency on a central server on the web and an internet connection. Also it reduced the risk of getting hacked, don't want my ...

Re: External JSON API Issue
Check if you have forms-based authentication enabled instead of basic auth in Domoticz settings.
Or you could send a basic auth header as described here:

Another plus for the USB stick is that you can remove it and press a button on it when next to a wired in device for pairing etc. Bit tricker with an on-board unit.

Re: Fibaro Door/Windowsensor FGK-101
Isn't the external tamper switch under the sensor identical to the button inside the casing? Either way, both are labelled TMP in the manual: http://www.fibaro.com/files/instrukcje/eng/DoorWindowSensor%20FGK-101-107%20ENG_v21-v23.pdf However, I'm pretty sure I kept the sensor flat on a table with ...

Re: TH12 - Imagintronix Moisture sensor
Hi I just added three of them to my setup and they showed up just fine after enabling the protocol in Domoticz. I'm in the latest beta version of Domoticz and Type 1 ver 1001 of RFXtrx. The only drawback is they are very chatty and with three of them transmitting it looks like they are blocking some ...

Re: Call a JSON from Windows Command line
Here are two options
Download 'curl' for Windows here:
https://curl.haxx.se/dlwiz/?type=bin&os ... cpu=x86_64
Or try and run the Windows PowerShell command 'Invoke-WebRequest':
