My domoticz monitors and controls my vacation home. Now I can not get into the domoticz. I have TeamViewer and on a PC so I can ping Domoticz, but get in to restart it, have tried Putty, advance IP scanner without successes, what to do?

I'm new and need a step by step instruction how I add Dana Lock in domoticz. I have managed to include it in the Z-Wave stick. and can see that the hardware tab. But it is not in units. Can you help me with an instruction for dummies?
