I would like a timer function. so when switched on, timer switch off after set time.

He meant: Did you try (Tried) the Off delay option of the Switch?

So in other words: The option is already there.

Ok. But I dont know how it works

That is why i asked 'did you try the Off delay' (Switches->"Select your switch")->Edit->Off delay ( x sec)
If you turn on the switch it will go off after x sec
