Okay, you posted this in the wrong subforum I think. Seeing as you want it with 433mhz, I expect you have either an rf-link of an rfxcom connected to domoticz. I would ask this question in those subforums if I were you (RFLink subforum, RFXCom subforum)

I don't know if it exists at all, watermeters are always a bit dodgy to read in my experience.
