Re: How to monitor your internet connection with virtual custom sensors
A speedtest is nothing more then a little upload and download chunk. If that messes with your connection, you have way bigger problems.

I tried that (again) but it fails at NPM.waltervl wrote: ↑Wednesday 13 September 2023 9:06 I wonder how you installed it on your Pi. Did you use this instruction: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/instal ... installing
But (see comment above) zigbee2mqtt does seem to run now

Re: Zigbee n00b issues. Pairing option
try using this systemctl status zigbee2mqtt.service from command line to see if it's actually running, z2m won't start if it cannot detect the coordinator so have you edited the .yaml with the correct values? ok, this says up and running zigbee2mqtt.service - zigbee2mqtt Loaded: loaded (/etc ...

Re: Zigbee n00b issues. Pairing option
If Zigbee2MQTT is already running you do not need to do anything in Domoticz with /opt/Zigbee2MQTT directory. So I don't understand where your remark is coming from. Edit, I see now you have to edit the configuration of Zigbee2MQTT. You can also do that from the user interface of Zigbee2MQTT I see ...

Re: Zigbee n00b issues. Pairing option
If you are new to Domoticz and zigbee you better start using the mqtt auto discover option instead of the python plugin. See the wiki https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Zigbee2MQTT Thanx, I've had a previous setup, but that didn't work anymore, so I thought I'd start over. I've followed the nstructions ...

Zigbee n00b issues. Pairing option
hi all, I've installed Zigbee2MQTT based on Stas' git repo I've also tried to follow instructions on several (older) youtube video's. What I saw is that after adding the hardware in Domoticz, I should have an option 'Zigbee pairing' However, that option is not presented. zigbeeHardware.JPG Am I ...

Re: Growatt: 2nd plant/data logger
Hi Rolandet, as you can see I also posted an issue with the Growatt script. Do you also have issues that the script doesn't read the power continuously? Are you using the latest version from github? Best regards, Michiel. The interval is 5 minutes, so indeed it doesn't read the output continuously

Re: How to monitor your internet connection with virtual custom sensors
I did not pay attention to this for a while, it was measuring the speed on a daily basis but has suddenly stopped. When I run on the console, I get this: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/speedtest-cli", line 6, in <module> from pkg_resources import load_entry_point File "/usr/local ...

Re: GarbageCalendar (new version) lua scripts
Maybe first start with updating your setup to the latest version as I did commit an update for OMRIN: garbagecalendar - fixed omrin since their website is changed. it now uses an API like HA 2 weeks ago Jos ;) Ha ! I thought that may be a part of your new branch  it's been quite a while. Just ...

Re: GarbageCalendar (new version) lua scripts
[Little late, but I can do some testing if you like, but just for the classic setup (no dzvents) At the moment my scripts isn't working, so I'm fine with some alterations if needed. What exactly isn't working with the current GarbageCalendar (Master)? The Development version of the new version is ...

Re: GarbageCalendar (new version) lua scripts
I am busy making a few changes to garbagecalendar to: Allow the script to run in both LUA Time event as well as DzVents Added standard notification script that can do Event action in Domoticz when a notification is happening. Eg switch on a light in a particular color for a period. This again ...

Growatt: 2nd plant/data logger
Hi, Like many others, I'm using sincze's growatt script to read my solar panel data from the growatt server. Now I've added a 2nd setup, and registered its datalogger in the growatt portal, under my account. However, I'm not sure how I can have that data imported in Domoticz. For now, I can see that ...

At this very moment it seems the API is just not responding. The online dashboard is working fine, but with the same credentials I'm getting a 502 from the API

Re: Python Plugin: Growatt Inverter
I did a little bit of debugging and the problem is that the Growatt plugin gets the following response: {"back":{"msg":"507","success":false}} The result is that the plugin does nothing! But the problem is not the plugin. The problem is the Growatt API. Because this is the exact same response that ...
