Re: TP-Link smart plug HS100/HS110
@Mace, apologies for not including the missing link. I am using the systemctl daemon on my Raspberry Pi for all scripts that I create. It starts the scripts at boot time and can be used to control them (i.e. start, stop, restart, status). This is how I set it up: [EDIT] PS: It seems that you edited ...

Re: TP-Link smart plug HS100/HS110
Thanks Andrew,
Seems to work fine now! Now just find out if you can get the state (on or off) reported, as now there can be a mismatch between domoticz and the actual status of the device if turned on or off manually....

Re: TP-Link smart plug HS100/HS110
I'm a bit stuck here....Hope you can help me out. I had a script running for my HS110 perfectly for months. Had an issue with a memory card going bust and the back-ups weren't actually back-ups.... Now I'm puzzling everything back together but hit a wall here. I know I had a script running ...

Re: Is it gonna rain within the next X minutes?
He Mark. I'd like to get notifications only thru one channel. Now it's everything (mail, pushbullet, ...). So it's not the frequency.

Re: Python Plugin: Life 360 Presence Detection
@Edwin, happens to me to. Did a brand new install of Domoticz and this script still manages to kill it. Too bad, but I already pitched in for the Life 360 program...
Hope someone can shine a light on this.

After having to stop the script because of the bugs in the beta software, I'm trying to get it running again, but get the following error: 2018-01-10 10:41:00.504 LUA: ======================================================================================================== 2018-01-10 10:41:00.504 LUA ...

I've stopped the script from running because of the bugs in the beta software last month, but that seems fixed now. So I started the script again and now I get the following error:

Re: Python Plugin: Life 360 Presence Detection
Turns out something went wrong with downloading the files. Content somehow became the Internetpage code..... Fixed this, but when I activate the plugin (so set it up in hardware), as soon as the devices are 'made' and I go to the device page, the list of devices is empty and a second later, Domoticz ...

Didn't work. All relevant files have 755. After restart same error message and Life360 isn't in the list of hardware.

Re: Python Plugin: Life 360 Presence Detection
Here also some problems getting the plugin working. After creating the life360 directory in the plugins section and copying the files to it and finally restarting Domoticz, I don't see it in the hardware list. I do get an error in Domoticz: PluginList: Parsing '/home/mace/domoticz/plugins/life360 ...

Re: TP-Link smart plug HS100/HS110
Thanks Mike! I didn't spot the following:
baseURL = 'http://<Domoticz IP:port>/json.htm?type=command¶m=udevice&nvalue=0'
As soon as I changed the values to match my installation, it started working like a charm!

Re: Presence detection based on IP and Bluetooth
Looks like a great solution! Have to agree with manjh, that it is rather difficult to read between the code what to do. Maybe for advanced users this is readable, but I'm getting lost already by the fact that I don't know where to put the presence file.... I CAN see that it has a lot of potential ...
