I have exactly the same issue, the MQTT Autodiscovery plugin, never worked with these devices.
I still did not moved to the zwavejs2mqtt because I did not see any device being auto created,
except for a German plugin that flooded my environment.

This XML is not working either, you can't config the parameters.
I hope it will work sooner or later in the new Z-wave zwave2mqtt.
This is a new device with more functionality, I would think it is already used somewhere.

I also asked Coolcam for an updated XML but they told me that they don't have that. It was also mentioned that this is the Z-Wave 700 chip. Hi, they have the Z-Wave logo.

So in that case set Domoticz in inclusion mode and click 3 times on the button within the sensor.
You have to do that quickly within 1,5 second.
