Hi,
freshly released Windows version is not working. Bunch of DLL is missing, at least libcrypto-3.dll, libssl-3.dll, minizip.dll.
To make things worse, I can't find previous stable Windows version in repo, 2024.7.
I hope for quick solution...

Re: Devices not recognised anymore ID: 0x0000
Could be this is the case of battery powered devices that could not be reached within several restarts and therefore controller put them into "presumably dead" queue. For my case it helped that I first initiated include sequence on the device, WITHOUT starting include process on PC/controller site ...

Re: Devices not recognised anymore ID: 0x0000
Looks like problem with OZW's network configuration file. Try deleting it and OZW will rebouild it again. Please note that sometimes it requires few restarts of OZW until all nodes are correctly queried and have correct ID (not 0). However it might be a good idea to restart OZW after all nodes have ...

OZW at 100% CPU
Hi, From time to time it happens that OZW takes 100% CPU. When this happens, messages from nodes still get to Domoticz, but I'm unable to send any commands to devices. Disabling and enabling OZW module solves the problem - Domoticz service does not need to be restarted. Considering the symptoms ...

Node routing
Hi, I have a Aeotec Multisensor 6, which is mains powered and does not have direct connection with static controller. What troubles me is that sensor can report movement, temperature and other reading (unsolicited messages) to the controller just fine, but I'm unable to send commands to the sensor ...

Re: Aeotec Siren won't turn on
Orphaned device from previous Z-Wave node was causing problems as it was having same ID (...) There are pending changes to at least simply see which device belong to which node, but would be nice to also have ability to realocate device to different node, ask to delete devices together with node ...

Re: Aeotec Siren won't turn on
I figured it out by myself. Orphaned device from previous Z-Wave node was causing problems as it was having same ID. After deleting it, siren turns on/oof just fine. This is just another example of existing "gap" between Z-Wave nodes and Domoticz devices and no ability to link/reallocate/delete them ...

Re: Deleting zwcfg file - default parameters?
I did a little bit more testing and found out that device's parameters might (?) not be reset, but Domoticz only shows wrong/default values. Then "Request current stored values from device" must be pressed at least twice (no matter how long I wait between presses) to show correct values. Even then ...

Re: Z-Wave & remotes/modules with location changes...
Very good question indeed. Unfortunately I can not help you with direct answer, but I had similar issues/concerns with battery powered devices, Fibaro's motion sensor to be precise. Although it had few "physical" neighbor nodes it apparently could not get connection to controller, but for some ...

Aeotec Siren won't turn on
Hi, I have an interesting problem I can not explain and solve. I had one Aeotec Siren Gen5 which works fine. Then I purchased another one, but this one will not switch on via Domoticz's device, but will switch on via OZW control panel. If it would be hardware or Z-wave problem then it would work in ...

Deleting zwcfg file - default parameters?
Hi,
I had to delete zwcfg file and OZW created new one, but then I noticed that on several devices (but not all), parameters were somehow reset to default values. I suppose this is not normal and "zwcfg rebuild" procedure should left device's parameters as they were?

Re: Node/device removal not reliable
In case someone is interested, I found the solution. Even if the described problem appears, you can always remove node "again". So if your controller no longer has specified node in the network you can perform removal again and again - you can do that even with controller from different network.

Node/device removal not reliable
Hi, I had to remove and than include back the zwave device/node. It is Fibaro wall plug FGWPEF-102, controller is Sigma Design UZB. For node removal I used Exclude node from Node management from Harware and as device is concerned followed the instruction manual (3 quick presses of button). Domoticz ...

Re: Confused about which device belong to which zwave-node
Hi to all, I've looked at source code a little bit and found out why no one explains how devices get theirs deviceID - because it's so damn complicated. Anyway, I looked further how to solve problem of retaining all device info (logs) and/or not producing tons of new devices in case your device's ...

Re: fibaro fgs-213 ZW5 not able to control in Domoticz
Hmm, I've update for my previous post. After I re-included my FGS-213 it worked perfectly, sending On/Off command. Then I restarted Domoticz and had exactly the same symptoms, Domoticz send level command and consequently module did not respond to command. Further I restarted Domoticz again and ...

Re: fibaro fgs-213 ZW5 not able to control in Domoticz
I had a similar problem with similar symptoms a while ago. It could be the problem that your device hasn't been seen by controller for a while and therefore controller moved it to it's "failed node list" (OZW also has such list). Depending on the exact situation solution could be to try execute "Has ...

Re: Confused about which device belong to which zwave-node
Hi all, as Gizmocus already pointed out it's quite a mess and it is not easy to figure out which devices relate to specific zwave nodes. As far as I can see there are at least two possible solutions: 1a. minimum change in Domoticz to have at least relation between node and devices (1:n). This should ...

Re: First Alert CO and Smoke detectors
Hi, the thing you're asking is probably one of the longest awaited and need feature in Domoticz. Maybe Santa Clause will bring it in 2018 :D . Short answer to your question would be: - there is no build-in feature which would enable you to tell which devices relates to specific zwave node - you have ...

Z-wave controller plus or not
Hi, I'm trying to secure my Z-Wave network and deeper I go, more questions are raised. Investigation let me to latest question if my Z-Wave controller is truly Z-Wave Plus or not. I have Sigma Design UZB with part number ACC-UZB-E. When I purchased it it was labeled as "plus", but here I my doubts ...

Re: Where/how are tariffs defined
In addition to my previous post. I did calculation based on Domoticz info about usage and cost (screenshot) and figure out that costs are calculated using only T1... Too bad. I have a two phase meter (smart meter) and want to see the usage from both T1 and T2 (if possible the totals too), but when ...
