I also have a Dielle pellet stove.
I know there is a RS-232 bus on the mainboard to comunnicate with it but I never tried to find out if it is possible to use it.
So if there is someone who tried it or knows how to use it.

Sessy home battery script

I made a script to use with the Sessy home battery. It reads the percentage, current power, update status and 3 different device states of the home battery and P1 meter dongle. It calculates the total amount of delivered and stored kWh. You can also follow the Tweakers forum . For this script you ...

Re: blinds move on the sun

a new change (1st post) 17/06/2022 - remove cosIncidence from the sunRadiationValue: thru a glass at any inclination, the sun strike a body the same? Re: blinds move on the sun

I have RFX433 for the blinds, not so good as zwave but enough For the script the bug doesn't seem a problem as the script only open and close the roller with no middle position. Perhaps you could modify the script to put .open instead of .close and reverse? It now works. But If the temperature ...

Re: blinds move on the sun

Great.
Now I only have to wait until Domoticz has solved this problem for the blinds.
It seems to be a nasty one because they are busy with it since november last year.

Re: blinds move on the sun

What kind of blind(s) do you have? A picture? A feedback? Sure. I have 6 roll hatches. 2 situated on the south and 4 on the North. The ones on the north I use to blind them when in the summer the sun shines through the window. And of course in the winter to hold the warmth inside as much as ...

Re: blinds move on the sun

I removed this formula if P_cosIncidence > 0 then --if P_SolarAzimuth >= P_BlindAzimuth and P_SolarAzimuth <= P_BlindAzimuth + 180 then F_SunInTheFront = true -- the sun is in the front = where the blind is) logWrite('Sun in the front') else logWrite('Sun in the back') end because the computing to ...

Re: blinds move on the sun

It is getting better. I found a reply from waltervl in an other discussion. Also make sure that in the Security section in the settings (Setup > Settings > System > Local Networks (no username/password) you allow 127.0.0.1 (and / or ::1 when using IPv6 ) to not need a password. dzVents does use this ...

Re: blinds move on the sun

I got blinds and tried to use the script but I ran int a few problems. I also use the script to calculate the LUX and sun position. I made a selector with the pictograms you mentioned. But if I delete the off (Niveau 0), the first pictogram (Niveau 10) would become Niveau 0. Can you provide a ...

Re: High temperature sensor

I would use a PT100 sensor because of the high temperature you use, 140 degrees.
It is more difficult to use than a DS18B20. You can use this one easier on a Raspberrypi. But the max temperature is 125 degrees.

Re: Python Script or plugin for Xiaomi Mi Temp and Humidity Sensor

I noticed that 1 Rpi does not receive all the units in our house. You could use an ESP32 on each floor.
I have a Rpi on each floor. That is a choice you can make.
For use with an ESP32, see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtJpx8BZvMw

Here you can find a script and a manual for use with Domoticz. https://github.com/pFenners/mijia-sensor-domoticz Use sudo hcitool lescan to find the sensor and note the MAC address of the device. After downloading the code from GitHub, you must make 3 changes to the file domoticz_mijia.py At the ...
