yeah. not sure how to do that with blockly. you need a proper script with dzvents, it think....

i'm no coder, so making dzvents scripts is hard for me. basically you need to switch lamp to the other state ...

good to know the range differs. i have no range problems with the rfxcom yet, but i don't have any rf stuff in the garden yet.

hopefully anyone can answer the answer whether something would break if i hooked them both to the pi.

i have an RFXCOM (older version) working fine. recently i got an RFLINK as part of a set of other rf things. The question i now have is can i use both at the same time on the same pi with the same domoticz install? or would that cause world apocalypse?

you would connect your light to for example a smart plug, that is connected to domoticz. could be anything really, zigbee, zwave, rff, wifi/tuya, anything, as long as you can control it from domoticz

now you add switches. wall switches, remotes, anything, as long as it can connect to domoticz and ...

wouldn't this be easier done with a three (or more) switch setup? you would control a powerswitch connected to the lamp from domoticz over wifi, zwave, zigbee or 433 or whatever, and have two toggle switches in the house that trigger a simple line of script that switches the actual switch connected ...

ok. just a simple reboot. as it turns out, the zigbee adapter stopped working a while back, and i did not manage to add any device. now the plug is added and working. trying now to get some of the windows-flashbacks out of my head.

Is there news about this? I tried, but couldnt add the plug to it.

support for new things and new devices may slow down considerably. what works now, should work in the future... If i could actually code and actually had time, it would be great to help open source projects like open zwave, but i guess, like so many, i can't and a don't.....
