no devices discovered by domoticz with zwave2mqtt
I'm finally taking the jump to try to get my zwave devices into zwave2mqtt, hoping that I can re-use all devices for my scripts and automations in domoticz pointing to mqtt. I installed zwave2mqtt under HA with prefix "zwave". All devices show op in HA. I configured mqtt- also under HA. when ...

One slider switch to rule them all-possible?
I've got multiple rollers/shutters installed for my living room . I prefer to have a single slider switch based on % rather than having to control 7-9 devices seperately all the time I can do this with scene's I guess, but that's fixed.... I wonder if it's possible to use one dummy slider as "master ...

Fibaro Rollershutter FGR223 with Somfy Ilmo motor - should this work?
I'm planning to have electrical shutters installed for the windows at my home. My current sunscreen is connected to Domoticz via a Fibaro rollershutter, and as I'm happy with that construction, I think I'd like all my shutters also integrated with the zwave fibaro roller shutters (FGR-223)... I don ...

transfer z-wave configuration from gen2 to gen5 stick
I'm planning to replace my old Aeotec Gen2 (black) stick to the Gen5(white) variant to benefit zwave plus. In domoticz zwave config, I see the options "receive configuration from another controller" "send configuration to another controller" "transfer primary role" Just wondering if anyone has ...

Netatmo wind gauge - how fast are wind peaks reported to domoticz
I'm thinking about adding a netatmo weather station to my setup. A main reason is to also have the wind gauge to measure windpeaks / gust. I wanted to use it for taking my sunscreen back in when it gets too windy, to avoid damage.. However, I'm wondering how fast windpeaks are reported back to ...

Re: Transfer primary from Aeon Labs S2 to Aeon Labs Gen5 - How ?
OK thanks Gizmocuz... so that was a wishful thinking scenario ;) Anyway...I'm also interested if anyone is able to transfer the configuration of their primary device to a new Gen5 stick using 2 Domoticz instances.... I still have an old version here and would like to replace it, but that's too much ...

Re: Transfer primary from Aeon Labs S2 to Aeon Labs Gen5 - How ?
I think domoticz also supplies the option the transfer to a new primary controller. These options are from the OZW setup dropdown. You need two domoticz instances... maybe one on a raspberry, the other on windows... Never tried it, but very interesting to know if that works indeed ;) That actually ...

I've got a Xiaomi temp + humidity sensor, and was hoping I could use the humidity value in blockly to trigger the ventilator based on its value. however, the humidity value doesn't seem to be populated...instead I now see a value 3 for some reason. same happens with another sensor...Is there a way ...

I'm also starting to play around with Dashticz, and I'm trying to get the most important switches on the dashboard now. Just one issue I'm running into: My curtains look like this in the standard domoticz page: dash2.png However, when adding them (standard way) in Dashticz, the curtains are not ...

Re: Cheap WiFi RGB bulbs compatibility ?
I don't know particularly about the lamp in your link, but for cheap lamps like this , I'd recommend to have a look at Milight (https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Limitless/AppLamp_LED)
i'll need a controller as well, but I RFLink can also be made compatible.

just one weird thing with the motion sensors: when activity is detected a whole bunch of devices get triggered in Domoticz... Re: If button pressed more than 7 seconds do something else
If the button is connected as extra input of a Qubino Dimmer, or a Fibaro binary sensor, or... It would stay on as long as the button is pressed. But then, how to detect that the button is pressed for 2 seconds? Events are triggered upon start of something. Then you should retrieve the history of ...

I guess you need to make a seperate blockely which checks when 'One CUP' status changes to "Off" - only then send the URL/Message.

Re: Blockly: Strange behaviour when using illumination LUX
The event will be triggered every time any of the values change...if LUX was (let's say) 90, it will trigger the script, but when LUX drops lower (eg when you dim the lights perhaps?), it will trigger this script again. You can solve it with a dummy switch which you enable first time and then verify ...
