no devices discovered by domoticz with zwave2mqtt

I'm finally taking the jump to try to get my zwave devices into zwave2mqtt, hoping that I can re-use all devices for my scripts and automations in domoticz pointing to mqtt.
I installed zwave2mqtt under HA with prefix "zwave". All devices show op in HA.
I configured mqtt- also under HA.
when configuring domoticz "MQTT Auto Discovery Client Gateway with LAN interface", pointing to prefix "zwave", I don't see any zwave devices discovered. Log only shows it's connected to mqtt.

I tried to connect to prefix "homeassistant". That actually shows up all zigbee devices I configured in HA.
When I connect with mqtt explorer, I do see messages with prefix "zwave", but they seem to be very limited en missing crucial information about the device, like prefix homeassistant.

What am I doing wrong? ideally I would have domoticz pick up the devices from zwave2mqtt.. alternatively having the devices shown up under prefix 'homeassistant' like the zigbee is populated there would do the trick as well I guess.

I am not using mqtt Auto discover so cannot really help you here. Perhaps someone else picks up your question...

The MQTT Discovery prefix should be 'homeassistant', not 'zwave'..... right?
