Notification timing in Blockly for my Senseo

Post by DutchHans »

Hello all,
I managed to add my Senseo to Domoticz. Works perfectly for one and two cups. When I press the button the Coffee is made. I want a notification on my phone when the coffee is ready. (I am using the Autoremote plugin for Tasker to receive notifications on my phone, works very well)
To make the coffee and the notification I have made a very tiny blockly event:
Senseo_blockly.jpg
Senseo_blockly.jpg (103 KiB) Viewed 1122 times
Senseo is heating;
after 75 seconds the cups button is pressed;
after 96 seconds the main is pressed to stop the cups button

After these 96 seconds the notification should send a message that the coffee is ready.
but the notification is sent right away instead of waiting until the coffee has been made.

How can I achieve this...?

Regards, Hans

I guess you need to make a seperate blockely which checks when 'One CUP' status changes to "Off" - only then send the URL/Message.

Who puts the pad in the machine? And the cup under it?
You could also change the text of your notification to "In 2 minutes your coffee will be ready".
Don't get me wrong, playing like this is fun, but what's the point of it? You still need to go to the machine to place the cup and the pad. And don't forget to take the cup with you...

Hi Egregius, you don't get the point. Of course its fun to have my coffee brewed by remote. The idea however was to send a notification when the coffee (in this case) was ready. After all other commands. Which is obviously not the case... The question is.. How to delay the sending of a notification. I can imagine that this could be useful in numerous other cases..

I think a script could do that, blockly is probably to limited for this.
In a script it's easier to have a sleep command, or run the script on a time base and that it checks last update time.
