I can see in mosquitto.log a connection between domoticz and mosquitto
I'v add' my z-stick gen5+ usb in zwavejs2mqtt.
What i'm missing?

In domoticz i'v add MQTT gateway. How to get device's in domoticz? I don't see it

You should make a pull request on the Domoticz Github repository for these 2 changes. Then it will be part of the updates. Be aware that OZW is out of maintenance and in Domoticz is replaced by Zwavejs2mqtt with Autodiscovery. In Domoticz it is currently supported in Beta with MQTT Autodiscover ...

8volt is from a ac/dc chinese adapter...because 5v is too low for the sensor.
