I notice Evohome. Is this supported with the domoticz package, or did you perform some setup yourself?

I just installed domoticz on my 'old' DS710+, but the Aeon labs z-stick s2 is not recognized.

Remove the Z-Stick and reboot Synology and see if that help.

Check if you have some old UsbSerialdrivers in /var/packages/UsbSerialDrivers and /volume1/@appstore/UsbSerialDrivers.
You can delete this folders.
with:
rm -rf /var/packages/UsbSerialDrivers
rm -rf /volume1/@appstore/UsbSerialDrivers

Nope, not there, not anywhere, did a find / -name UsbSerialDrivers.
Only found a empty directory at /usr/syno/etc/packages/UsbSerialDrivers

To be clear: my RFXCOM works, the Aeotec S2 zwave stick didn't.

I dont know why.

Factory default fixed the problem with the usb-driver on the synology. For the evohome scripts i use debian chroot.

Everything will be wiped, backup first your data.

Not an option. I have 6TB data there... And way to much plugins and other scripts to configure it all over again.

Check if you have a old cp210x.ko file in /usr/lib/modules and delete it, then try to reinstall domoticz and you will have a newer cp210x.ko in folder /usr/local/domoticz/modules.
If that not work, I have No idea
