Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
I've got some troubles with the Gateway: Somehow, once every while, the 'Lux' stops functioning. As I have a script running that triggers lights based upon the Lux amount, this results in a diminishing WAF factor....
Anybody recognizes this?
Also searching for extra Lux sensors, but can't seem to find them (just the 'Klik-aan-Klik-uit' version)

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
I have exactly the same issue with the Lux sensor of the gateway! In theory, it works very well, but in my case, it stops working every night and is then offline for 12h or so.Mace wrote: ↑Tuesday 03 October 2017 8:50 I've got some troubles with the Gateway: Somehow, once every while, the 'Lux' stops functioning. Also searching for extra Lux sensors, but can't seem to find them (just the 'Klik-aan-Klik-uit' version)
The second generation of the motion sensor (now also under the Aqara branding) has an build in Lux sensor, but this sensor is very inaccurate and therefore not usable.
So I‘m also searching for an accurate and reliable Lux sensor.

For outside I'm using weatherunderground API.

To test this, you should be sending to the multicast address 224.0.0.50, not 192.168.134.250. I'm guessing you tried that first but changed to the actual device IP because the multicast address wasn't working, and if that is the case it is probably your Windows firewall blocking it, or your router/network configuration not working with multicast.fabiotodesco wrote: ↑Tuesday 03 October 2017 16:12 hi, sorry if i have a old question, but i not can add gateway in domoticz...i have all port open but the reponse of domoticz is

Do you have some more info/reviews on this? Seems to be the only viable option so far...

Yes it needs to be the dev/beta version. Are you getting an 'Unknown' message in the logs, if the device is not detecting, and isn't coming up as unknown it may not be supported in the firmware yet. I don't have one to test and just copied "sensor_wleak.aq1" as the device model from another project.

If I understand correctly, you send order to the gateway through multicast ?corbin wrote: ↑Wednesday 04 October 2017 11:11To test this, you should be sending to the multicast address 224.0.0.50, not 192.168.134.250. That's why when I have my second gateway turned on I have errors messages telling my that the key isn't correct ?
The second gateway isn't configured in Domoticz.
Is there a way to not have anwser from the second gateway ?

I also have problem with lux sensor of the gateway. Before i was controlling lights with that sensor now it´s not working. The sensor in gateway is very good the one in 6in1 sensor from Aeotec is terrible. I don´t know if is becasue for new domoticz version or firmware in gateway. All other sensor is working.

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Commands are not sent multicast, they are sent direct to the IP of the gateway. Multiple gateways should make no difference to this, regardless of if the additional gateway is configured in Domoticz. The correct key should be returned by matching the IP address of the gateway you have configured in Domoticz, so don't know why you are having this problem.chatainsim wrote: ↑Thursday 05 October 2017 10:21 If I understand correctly, you send order to the gateway through multicast ?

Can't help you specifically with your hardware, but you can test on your windows pc by running wireshark and see if the UDP packets are visible on your network. Example of a UDP packet when clicking a Xiaomi button:fabiotodesco wrote: ↑Wednesday 04 October 2017 13:22 HI, thanks for te answer but the firewalll of windows is disable, but i have a mikrotik firewall thath control the network. i don't understand this multicast story can you explain me?
