The issue was resolved by turning of UFW on the raspberry pi.

> sudo ufw status // if this shows 'active', then disable it.
> sudo ufw disable

As per manual of "Vision ZS6301 CO Detector" - on pressing the program switch for atleast 1 sec should include it. But nothing happens when I try with domoticz(domoticz ver 3.732, ozw:1.4.2).
