Arilux / Magic Home LED Strip (timer does not work).
Dear Domoticz users, I have a short question... I use the Magic Home Led controller. When I manually switch on/off the lights (i.e. devices panel) everything works fine :-) But when I use the timer option, nothing happens. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong (please see the enclosed files ...

Re: How to add an Arilux RGB Controller Wifi
The same over here. Arilux does not work for 100 procent.
I can add the controllers and manually it is possible to turn on/off the lights (led strips), but the timers don't work.

Re: MiBoxer 2.4 Gateway Model. NO: WL-Box1 cant be found by Domoticz
I have exact the same problem (Synology DS214 play). Installed the latest Beta release from Domoticz. I can see all devices in Domoticz, but it seems impossible to create a connection. Is there already a solution available (suitable for the Domoticz Synology package)? Thank you in advance for any ...

Feature request for Magic Home Led strip controller (lights on/off option).
Dear Domoticz users, I can add the Magic home Wi-Fi led controller under the hardware device name: Arilux AL-LC0x. Please see enclosed file. When added as a color dimmer switch, it is possible to change all colors of the led strip, but it seems impossible to turn the led strip on/off with the timer ...

Hello James83,
Thank you for your help.
I am not very fond of scripting, but I will look in to that.
Again thank you for your reply.

Action doorbell, blocky script and camera
Dear Domoticz users, To keep my question as short as possible :-) Target state: If someone pushes the doorbell, I like to receive a mail with an attachment (i.e. camera snapshot) I have a question about the following setup: 1. Bought and installed a doorbell from Action (433mhz) 2. Installed a ...

Re: Cheap working 433mhz smoke detectors.
I looked it up and this is definitely, what I was looking for. Thank you very much!!! :-) :-) I have one last question before buying this equipment. Is it possible to stop the alarm via a blockly scripts in Domoticz? This works flawlessly with my current smoke detector (Flamingo). The reason is that ...

Cheap working 433mhz smoke detectors.
Dear readers, To start with… I love to work with Domoticz because it's very easy to use. :D But I also noticed a downside. It looks like that new devices are not added frequently (HCL) or maybe I am looking at the wrong places. So my question is: Is there a good, cheap, stable and reliable 433mhz s ...

Re: Best smoke detector with RFXCom
Hi dzjr, That is too bad. I think it's better to switch to 'smart certified smoke detectors' that work with Wifi and a simple smartphone notification app. There is not a lot of development in regards to Domoticz and smoke detector compatibility. :-( I think I have to reconsider to switch to a ...

Re: Best smoke detector with RFXCom
Hello dzjr, Very strange, but I did not receive an e-mail in regards to your feedback (so sorry for the delay). At Bol.com there are Alecto SA-100 for sale for a decent price, with a battery lifetime of 5 years. Do you know if those will work with Domoticz (e.g.: start/stop alarm from a distance ...

No, not from my side. I quit with Controlicz, because its not free of use anymore. I more like a open source user (principle).

Re: Best smoke detector with RFXCom
Interesting topic.. 😊 I also like to add a question that leans in to this topic. Al the smoke detectors that I have used are not stable enough or even reliable after a year. This also counts for the Flamingo smoke detector range (my personal experience). In addition to that, recharging the batteries ...

Arilux LED Wifi dimmer progress
Dear Domoticz users, With interest I am reading the progress about integrating LED Wifi dimmers for Domoticz. Is there a final (working) release available that also is compatible with a Synology Domoticz package? I like to purchase materials from (for example) Aliexpress, but I do not know what ...

Re: Trying to connect to controlicz (Synology NAS)
Hi Madgeni,
Everything works now. I like to make one remark: On your website the instructions for Google home are not valid anymore.
I think that Google Home updated their app. The options are now under Settings --> Home Control
Thank you en best regards,
Hans

Re: Trying to connect to controlicz (Synology NAS)
Hi Madgeni, Thank you for your quick reply. I don't use SSL on my Synology. I didn't know that this was a prerequisite. ;-) I will check this weekend how to enable SSL on my diskstation (6.0) and I will come back to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately I cannot send you an e-mail from your website ...

Trying to connect to controlicz (Synology NAS)
Best forum readers, I have a short question about Controlicz. To give some additional context... I have: - A Synology NAS that runs the latest release of Domoticz - I bought the Domoticz application from the Appstore that runs fine on my Smartphone (port forwarding on router is enabled) - I made a ...
