I'm happy Domoticz user and thanks to all who contributes. Keep up the good work all :D
I would be in favor of native integration with voice. And voice should be any application like Google, Alexa, Rhasspy, … Result should be any device activity to perform via voice command as well. So like "turn ...

Python Plugin: GPSLogger and GPX output
Added new functionality to the plugin, more specific using the device output of RawData: generate a GPX file that can be used to upload to for instance GPX Viewer (Android app). To be clear GPSLogger is also able to generate GPX output, however for the integration with Domoticz this feature cannot ...

Re: Rhasspy plugin
Version 3.4 released. Main functionality added is dialogue management.
So you can ask put the heating to 18 point 4 . Rhasspy will ask for confirmation like do you mean the heater . You can answer either yes or no . On yes, the thermostat will be set to 18.4.
And all configurable and multi lingual.

Re: Python Plugin: GPSLogger
What you could do is create a DzVents script for the Domoticz device that captures the RawData device. On every change of the RawData device the scripts trigger the API to dawarich (so at that moment GPS Logger has send updated location data to Domoticz). So the API will send the information to the ...

Had the same issue. What solved it for me is to modify garbagecalendarconfig.lua
- Emptied Hostname = ''
- Deactivated websitemodule = "m_deafvalapp"
- Activated websitemodule = 'm_mijnafvalwijzer_api'

Re: Rhasspy plugin
Adjusted version available, added several Domoticz types to retrieve data and speak out values by Rhasspy. Amongst others: General, Light/Switch, P1 Smart Meter and Temp/Temp+Hum/Tem+Hum+Baro. And more.

Re: Python Plugin: GPSLogger
Great and thanks for the compliment. In the end it's all about capturing the location related data of a mobile phone and have it moved into Domoticz. And within Domoticz do the smart things with that data. All with the background to be as independent as possible from Apple and Google

Re: Python Plugin: Life 360 Presence Detection (deprecated)
I can confirm your issue is caused by overwriting the file locations.txt which stores your standard locations that show up in the Domoticz device <user>Location. Next time before doing a clean install backup that file and after the clean install copy it back to the folder. So those standard ...

Version 3.0 of the integration between Rhasspy and Domoticz is published. Two concepts are now available: 1) via Local Command option in Rhasspy and 2) via MQTT . Schematic looks like below:

Re: Rhasspy plugin
Rhasspy automatically installs Mosquitto MQTT broker for messaging between the Rhasspy modules running on that machine, called “Internal MQTT”. Because it is self-contained, it is set up with few settings; and is suitable where all the Rhasspy modules are running on the same machine.
So, either use ...

Re: Rhasspy plugin
Version 2.0 has been published on GitHub. Not a Domoticz plugin anymore, just a python script which is kicked off via the Local Command option within Intent Handling. MQTT is not used in this integration yet, will be next step to include as well as running as a service.

Re: Rhasspy plugin
Interesting. I started using the local command option in Rhasspy (within Intent Handling) to integrate with Domoticz (and got that up and running). Next I switched to the Plugin approach. So my next move will be to stop the development of this Plugin and restart adjusting the Python script and make ...
