Re: device issues with Sonoff zigbee 3.0 USB dongle plus-P
Hi Pipiche, Thank you, found it and works perfectly! Channel has been changed. As for the signal power, is there any information on the current signal power of the coördinator (Using the Sonoff dongle with the CC2652P chip)? I see the setting in the Settings screen of the plugin but no option to see ...

device issues with Sonoff zigbee 3.0 USB dongle plus-P
Hello all, I have been running my new Sonoff zigbee 3.0 USB dongle plus-P since last weekend and I noticed that several devices (mainly sensors like temp/hum and smoke sensors) stop responding (or at least sending updates) after a while. Tried to pair these devices again and at that time i do get ...

Re: Getting Sonoff 3.0 USB dongle plus to work with Zigbee for Domoticz plugin
Hi all, Been testing with a spare Pi 3B that i had laying around and installed Domoticz and plugin from scratch. Used the online installation manuals that can be found (well documented by the way!) and found that the Sonoff is working on the spare Pi. I did notice following instruction on the online ...

Re: Getting Sonoff 3.0 USB dongle plus to work with Zigbee for Domoticz plugin
Hello everyone, Finally had some time today to move ahead with this and to try the suggestions. I have only one plugin configured on the pi now (on the PiZigate+) and today i removed the PiZigate+ module and added the Sonoff USB dongle +. I changed the settings in the Zigbee for Domoticz plugin to ...

Re: Getting Sonoff 3.0 USB dongle plus to work with Zigbee for Domoticz plugin
Hi, Thank you for the reply! That is very interesting! So if i understand you correctly I should follow these steps: 1. Shutdown Pi and remove the PiZigate module 2. Switch on the Pi and plug in the Sonoff USB dongle 3. Reconfigure the Plugin to use the Sonoff instead of the PiZigate 4. Pair the ...

Re: Sonoff ZigBee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus (CC2652P) vs Zigate 2
Hi DJ, I currently have a PiZigate+ V2 (internal antenna) and I am not so impressed with the stability and range of it. This is why i purchased the Sonoff 3.0 USB dongle plus. My goal is to move the devices from the Zigate to the Sonoff and then remove the Zigate (not going as smoothly as I hoped ...

Re: Support for the Lidl (Silvercrest) SMSZ 1 B2 smart motion sensor
Got it to work already. The manual say hold the pin in the small hole on the side for 5 seconds but after 2 seconds the green led start blinking fast and that is the point that the pin needs to be released, not at 5 seconds as it seems to break of the pairing at that point. Got it paired now and see ...

Hi, Is there any lead on when the Lidld/Silvercrest smart motion sensor (model SMSZ 1 B2) will be supported through my Pizigate+? I had it running on the Pizigate V1 (was recognised and working properly) but under Pizigate+ V2 (firmware 0322) and plugin version 6.3.011 it doesnt seem to get ...

Re: Pizigate very slow reaction on zigbee devices and restarts
Hi Pipiche,
Just a quick update. I installed the fan two days ago and did not have the issues since. Temperature is and stays around 58/59 degrees now instead of 80/81 degrees before.
So i guess it was the temperature!
Thanks again for your help!
Kind regards,
Mark

Re: Pizigate very slow reaction on zigbee devices and restarts
Thanks Pipiche. I will monitor the logs closely next few days.
I did notice the temperature being little over 80 degrees on the Raspberry, not sure if that can cause these issues but ordered a fan neverteless to get the temperature down as well.
Kind regards,
Mark

Re: Pizigate very slow reaction on zigbee devices and restarts
I purchased it in october 2020 so basically little over 1,5 years old i would think.
Could it be a problem with older hardware (or malfunctioning hardware)?
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Mark
