Thank you, guys, problem found and fixed
As b_weijenberg mentioned, it was RF flood by one of my 3 MS13 PIR sensors. When i remove battaries from all of them, one by one, normal working was revovered and i found bad PIR sensor.

can anybody explain me - what OWL device (that i still can find and buy
will report power consumption on each phase separately?
Now i have OWL CM180i with 3 clamps, but it reports cumulative value, and i need to know separate values per phase...
