FROM domoticz/domoticz:2026-beta.17252
i guess it should work, mine did at least.

Re: crash after Watchtower/Docker update to Domoticz V2025.2 (build 17268)
I might be "the other guy" since I opened a thread here on problems with latest beta recently
I must say that over the past 3 years I had no problems with latest beta versions. Recently a major overhaul of Domoticz has started and that tends to break things. I have no problem with that ...

I don't know about that, but it's written very clearly here which version is stable and which is beta

Re: crash after Watchtower/Docker update to Domoticz V2025.2 (build 17268)
tag "latest" is the latest build available that is most probably a beta.
if it's not for testing and you want to stay on stable build you should probably use the tag 2025.1, 2025.2 etc.
don't downgrade now anyway because you might screw up the db. when the next official version is released you ...

same as the other guy.
i believe you are running one of the latest beta. It probably had some problems?
Update to latest or update to officiale 2025.2.
The question is why are you running latest beta? Stick to the official 2025.2.

Re: Not shure to leave Open Z-wave version
unfortunately i'm not able to give any support on this....
my guess anyway is that you should disable openzwave on domoticz first thing...and install zwave js ui and configure the zwave dongle there.
but...as said i never done it on Windows so i cannot be of any help unfortunately. Again an ai bot ...

Re: Pi 5 fresh install
Well...i moved to docker, i also sometimes need to modify files or install programs....i created a dockerfile with all my customization. once it's done, it's there also on future updates.
I prefer to use it like that. if you prefer to stay on the bare metal, you are free to do so.

Re: Not shure to leave Open Z-wave version
in my opinion, docker makes it a lot easier for the long term. It's easier to update, easier to backup, easier to restore.

Re: Pi 5 fresh install
If you have equal or more than 2gb ram on the pi, maybe you should start using docker. in my opinion it's a better way for the future and it's not too difficult to learn.

Re: Version 2025.2 version number in Docker
altough this is not the official 2025.2 version anymore being revision 2025.2.16818....should be considered Beta? The official version was 16812, based on what is written on the download page.

Re: Version 2025.2 version number
i confirm the same behaviour. build is updated...but 2025.1 is showing.
also, stable version should only show 2025.2 right? when on docker usually also the build version is visualized....would be great to standardize to the bare metal installed version.

Remotec activated scenes bug
Hi,
i think i might have found a bug...altough i'm not sure if it's a issue with zwave js ui or domoticz.
I have a scene with multiple lights where they switch off with some delays....
it works ok from the domoticz ui...
i also connected a zwave remotec scene master. If i associate a button to the ...

Re: Fibaro RGBW Controller 2: Missing devices
I noticed something that someone might want to look into...
There's a huge difference in pairing this device using "Secure include" and "Include". Most noticeably the missing of the 5 dimmer switch devices you can actually use to control this device in Domoticz! When using "Secure include" is ...

Re: Need help for selecting a thermostat????
i did not understand if you are interested in buying a hardware thermostat or a software one is ok...
but have a look at the Smart virtual thermostat here on the domoticz forum and on google.
it's an extension for domoticz and it's simply great.

Re: Thermometer sensor with only 1 decimal
Thanks.
I cannot understand though, why a thermometer sensor that was added a long time ago, when it used to work with 2 decimals, it's still showing up in 2 decimals on 4.9700.
Is this how it's supposed to work?
