i think you are using the wrong time block if you want 2 sec put only 2 in the block
if you are using a block out logic you can't use a block in the same rule out the time

i have a lot's of z-wave devices and i update also to 2020.1 no devices aren't working, after awake al node's every device works again.
i use a long time svt i'm verry happy with these plugin ,so i hope you are trying one time again to update to 2020.1
and stay by Domoticz ,
