thanks! this is great news. because internal is always better then plugins or scripts.
and automation is easier now.

I'm unable to connect to my Daikin airco's with the latest beta.
Not sure since when, but last connect date was: 19-01-2018
There are no errors in the log unfortunately..

2018-01-29 10:23:08.568 Daikin: Stopped hardware 192.168.1.23 ...
2018-01-29 10:23:08.568 Daikin: Started hardware 192.168.1.23 ...

Ip Adresses check out, they work and are able to connect (port 80 default message).

Hi,
Ok in this case, can you enable autodiscover of device, then check device list,
perhaps i change internal identifier, this can cause your "no updated value".
Best regards

Hello all,

I have a Daikin Altherma Hybrid heatpump with a LAN Adapter (BRP069A62). I was under the impression this would also work with the integrated version of the Daikin plugin, but unfortunately this does not seem to work. I can access it via a webrower to view some software infromation, but in the Domoticz log I keep getting Error: Daikin: Error connecting to: 192.168.1.171(the IP is correct of course :-)
Any ideas how I could integrate my heatpump with Domoticz?

Regards,
Marco

When I just browse to the IP address, it gives me a text page full of license agreements etc.

Now that the hardware is native, do you still need to create dummy devices and the LUA scripts under "Events" to control the units? That would seem strange to me.

The Wiki has been updated, it should not be needed. https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Daikin_wifi
