Yes, if the relay is connected to an esp that is connected to another wifi network and you have ddns on this wifi and opened the port on that router you can.

There is many ways of doing this. You can set up port forwarding in your router to direct traffic from the internett to the correct unit on your homenetwork.
You can open up your domoticz to the internett.
You can use a mqtt server.
You can set up something like Telegram to send commands to your domoticz.
You can use an android device with tasker to react on emails etc and executes the gpio on the esp.
Or you could automate the unit if possible, so you dont need to do anything from work.
