Do you have any plans to include support for the HGI80 in the synology package? Would be great to connect my evohome to domoticz (running on my synology).
Cheers,
Tobias
I have tried to implement this earlier , but Synology need drivers and do not download the firmware for HGI-80 automatically like Linux Ubuntu and Raspberry do. I do not have HGI-80 myself , so this makes it difficult to test.
Ok, np and thx for your reply! Then I'm afraid I have to switch to Raspberry to get this working. BTW, keep up the good work, so far really enjoy running Domoticz on Synology!

I'm more than happy to run any tests to get my HGI80 working! I'm running domoticz on a ds214play (DSM 5.2-5644 Update 3).
Just let me know if you need any more info!

Re: domoticz in synology as package! Available now.
I've been trying for two days to get my Aeotech Z-stick recognized on my Synology DS213+ running DSM 5.2-5644 Update 3 and Domoticz v2.4409, but it's not working.
I have a RFXCom connected on ttyUSB0 that's able to communicate with some basic KAKU switches. When I connect the Z-stick to the other free usb port on the Synology I go to Hardware and select OpenZwave USB from the 'type' dropdown. The only option I get in the 'Serial port' dropdown is /dev/ttyUSB0 which is used by my RFXCom.
What am I doing wrong? What am I missing? Hope anyone here can help me

Try to remove the Z-stick and reboot your NAS.RolandP wrote:I've been trying for two days to get my Aeotech Z-stick recognized on my Synology DS213+ running DSM 5.2-5644 Update 3 and Domoticz v2.4409, but it's not working.

Then connect your Z-stick and see if that work, if not, I have no clue what the problem is.

Re: domoticz in synology as package! Available now.
I installed the updated 2.0.4409-7 this morning and since Domoticz freeze and I need to restart it.
I rebooted my DS1515+ and it's the same ...
I use MQTT a lot and I discover that when I want to update the hardware (desactivate or check a box) , Domoticz freeze and i need to restart it...
Any idea ?
How to download the previous version to check if it was better with the previous version ?
Thanks
Romain

Can you telnet into the NAS and check in folder /usr/lib/ if you have libstdc++.so.6AxelvanH wrote:- Installed this version, but no solution for the libstdc error.jumbotroll wrote:DSM 6.0 Beta.

For anyone who might have the same question. I've solved my issue with the following steps:RolandP wrote:I've been trying for two days to get my Aeotech Z-stick recognized on my Synology DS213+ running DSM 5.2-5644 Update 3 and Domoticz v2.4409, but it's not working.

- take out zwave stick from the NAS;
- reboot the NAS;
- open Domoticz in a fresh, unused browser;
- turn on the zwave stick by clicking the button;
- insert into NAS and it showed up as /dev/ttyACM0;
It seemed as if it was a very persistent browser caching issue, although i'm not 100% sure
