Looks great all of these frontpages. I'm also trying to modify it to my needs, but I'm struggling with some commands. Maybe stupid, but I can't find a way to reset of panic my smoke detector with an url or other command.
The same as a pushbutton (for example my PC. Just to turn it on). This is my line:

Code: Select all

if (vdata == 'Panic' ) {
		switchclick = 'onclick="ResetSecurityStatus(27,\'Normal\');"';
						}
Can someone please help me along? Thnx!

And for the ones who likes an animated gif to add. I added a "text"-alarm.
And 2 other icons.

Something i would still like to have, is the ability to show the 'Last seen' for certain devices. Not needed for every device, but maybe for a doorcontact or something it could be very useful.

Don't have time though, maybe in a few weeks i will have a look at it, as that data is already available in the JSON i thought..

@bizziebis, The swipe ability is very nice!

@ jan_nl, Scene toggle is something that I also want to implement. I also hope that it will become easier to do this than how it is done now.

That indeed is something that will be very handy. I was busy using the following on the Domoticz wiki to extract the sunrise/set times from the JSON url. This method will do the trick for this also most likely.

http://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Extracting ... s_with_PHP

Unfortunately I got errors in the output when running the extract.php, so I don't have this working yet.

some Ideas to make it even better :

- Comments in code
- split settings in:
css only for styling
frontpage settings for all variables and settings
buitenradar en webcam urls also in user variables
option to switch between uit/aan or the default icon

setting:
- last seen? on/off
- add rows / collumns from page itself? like maraschino

- Add traffic
- multiple cams support?
-add a block with:
icon/name/, open in same of new, description , html links
(like maraschino / htpc manager)
- multiple resolution and portait/landscape support. with a bootstrap framework it's possible to make it responsive. So on every res and device it will change to optimal resolutions

I thought Dountill already had the page converted to responsive, so it automatically scales according to your resolution.

That way you could use this also for setting the dim level when using a dimmer for your lights :) If this could be implemented..... :?:

I think you mean something like that??

I attached de html.

Does someone know how to convert the "LastUpdate" from json format to a manually created one in the html page? For example (see attachment):

The date is: 2015-01-18 20:23:19
I like to convert this to for example: "Last ring: 18 january 2015 at 20:23"
Is this possible in an easy way and how do i do that?

As a non web programmer I am trying to get following 2 frames in there instead of the cam and buienradar ( I like the weeronline ones )

I managed to do it by creating an additional Iframe ( 8A ), but I like the idea of having them clickable ( the onClick="lightbox_open function ), but I was unable to get this function the "div style" sofar.

Also, anyone found a nice way to get the date/time in a frame ?, I tried several options, but could not find a real nice one

<div style="font-family: Arial;background-color: #fbfbfb;border: 1px solid #e7e7e7;width: 289px;height: 216px;-moz-box-shadow: 0 0 2px 1px #e7e7e7;-webkit-box-shadow: 0 0 2px 1px #e7e7e7;box-shadow: 0 0 2px 1px #e7e7e7;overflow: hidden; -webkit-border-radius: 4px; -moz-border-radius: 4px; border-radius: 4px;"><div style="width: 170px;height: 265px;margin-left: 59px;"><div style="margin:7px 10px;"><div style="color: #222222;font-family: Arial;font-size: 12px;font-weight: bold;margin: 0px 0px 7px 0px;line-height: 14px;">Regenradar<br/><span style="font-weight:normal;">Nederland</span></div><iframe id="widget-frame" src="http://www.weeronline.nl/Go/ExternalWid ... ings=False" width="150" height="150" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" style="border: none;" allowtransparency="true"></iframe><a href="http://www.weeronline.nl/regenradar/Nederland/135" style="background: url(http://www.weeronline.nl/Shared/Images/ ... _trans.png) no-repeat scroll left 1px transparent;color: #0160b2;font-family: Arial;font-size: 12px;font-weight: normal;padding-left: 14px;margin: 7px 0px 5px 0px;line-height: 12px;outline: none;text-decoration: none;display: inline-block;" target="_blank">Regenradar Nederland</a><a href="http://www.weeronline.nl/" style="display: block;height: 25px;width: 113px;margin: 0px 10px 8px 0px;outline: none;text-decoration: none;" title="weeronline.nl Altijd jouw weer" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.weeronline.nl/Shared/Images/ ... -color.png" width="113" height="25" alt="weeronline.nl Altijd jouw weer" style="border: none;background-color: transparent;box-shadow: none;" /></a></div></div></div>

I have added the 'Last Seen' to the last version of jan_nl.
You can set per block if you want to add it or not.

Image

I am also working on the buttons for setting the dimmer/setpoint.

i will post it when ready, should not take that long.

I got the dimmer working, but not stable enough.
Often it will not dim below 13% (level 2) or it does not respond after a few consecutive clicks.

Image

What i have done so far:

First I check if the cell is set to show 'Level', and the property 'HaveDimmer' is true, and then it will automatically show the dimmer buttons.
When you click on the button, it will set the current dim level to minus or plus one (one level translated to around 6%).
The change is visible instantly, no popups otherwise you would need to wait if you want to change it even further.

What I need to do:
-Make the response more stable.
-Decide what to do with level 0 and 1 (when it should be off).
-Build in check to see if it is off (because a dimmer can be off, and still have a level above 0).
-Change the buttons (these are from Bwired).
-Position the buttons left and right next to the value.

-Add a similar feature for the boiler setpoint.

Can someone post the output for the OTGW with
http://ip.of.your.domoticz:8080/json.ht ... -TO-CHANGE?

And if someone could post nice buttons that would be great too.

indeed!

thanks to Thinkpad for the frontpage and all the ppl who are helping and creating ideas

i cant find how to embed the weather prediction images ., i can make a python script that i hook to a dummy switch but there must be a easier way
to read and display the image.
i have seen some disscusion about the weather signs in this topic but couldn't find the used code.

Thinkpad was wondering if a LM939 Light switch would trigger if a licht bulb go's on.,
i hooked up a LM939 Light switch (dusk sensor)
and placed it under a window.
as a suprise the TL lights or the light bulbs won't trigger the sensor .

The problem I have with the dimmer is that above 60% it increments in correct steps of 6% (1 level), but below 53% (level 8) it decrements in steps of 12% (2 levels at the same time).
If I do a manual /json.htm?type=command&param=switchlight&idx=&switchcmd=Set%20Level&level=DIMVALUE in the browser, I see the same behaviour. So it does not seem to be caused by the script itself, but it appears to be a bug/feature of Domoticz.
If I send f.i. level=6, it will skip this value and go to 5 directly. I cannot set level=6 with the json call.

Can anyone confirm this?
i am running V2.2229.

Wow, I'm so curious about the code you're using....?

I've made a little sample of what you can make it look like with 2 simple buttons, using the same colors as the ON / OFF switches. Keep us posted :) !
