Fibaro RGBW module Configuration

Post by rickiewickie »

Hi All,

I struggling to configure a RGBW module, and perhaps you guys can help me..

My goal is to measure 4 soil moisture sensors (0-10v) for my garden, but to do this i need to change parameter 14.

According to the manual and the page below i need to change parameter 14 to : 34952
https://manuals.fibaro.com/rgbw/

Now the strange part kicks in...
I doesn't allow me to save this value... Further investigation in the source code of the OpenZwave page (http://DOMOTICZIP:8080/ozwcp/cp.html) shows me a max allowable value of 32767, see printscreen below..

Can anyone help to configure the RGBW module to 4x 0-10 volt input?

Thanks in advance.

According to what is explained in https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopi ... 905#p81295, it should be set to -30582.

Hi all,
Thanks for the groundwork. I had the same problem with the configuration. To activate the 4 inputs I used the value -65534 + 34952 = -30582, which was also accepted by the device. So far OK.

Unfortunately I don't see the 4 expected 0-10V sensors in the device list, only switches.

What has to be considered?
Thank you in advance...

Hi awierda,

Good to know, that I am still not alone with the problem of configuring the RGBW module ;).
Actually, I am still waiting for somebody who can report about successfully installation - and how!

Any news?
