please also check why it is executing in /usr/local/domoticz/dzVents/runtime while installing it under /usr/local/domoticz/var/dzVents/runtime
Can you please test this version and do a clean install.
domoticz_apollolake-6.2_4.0.9700-7.spk (updated version)
http://www.jadahl.com/domoticz_stable_6 ... 9700-7.spk
Here you should have /usr/local/domoticz/dzVents/runtime

Ha ha :D
I will try to fix location to /usr/local/domoticz/dzVents/runtime also, so wait to download because I am building new stable version for apollolake now and trying to fix that problem.

@Gravityz

The files should be in correct folders now.
All v4.9700 packages will be updated with this fix tomorrow.
Apollolake is fixed, do a clean install.

The domoticz version with python is build with python plugin if you need that and you have to install the python3.5.1 from synology before you install this version or the domoticz package will not run.
I will build v.4.9700 for DSM 6.1 too, later this weekend, but it take some time to build all this packages.
The homepage is updated and the packages is updated gradually.
Thanks for your prompt reply! And guess what: this evening I got a notification of my DS218+, that DSM6.2 is ready to install (running now DSM6.1)
So I think I will do the update to DSM6.2 and try the your DSM6.2 update then!
And if it is done by the package manager, you are 100% correct that format is not needed.

Cheers, and have a good time!
(and: no need to rush things :) )

@Jumbotroll,

Thanks for the great work so far!

After Goodwe have changed their server infrastructure (due to the new EU privacy legislation) the Goodwe Web Connection interface in Domoticz has been down since June 2nd. The interface has now been adapted in Domoticz. Can you make that change available to Synology users? I am running a DS211 and don't have the skills to compile Domoticz myself.

Would be great if you could make my inverter work with Domoticz again!

Thx,
Bart

Edit:
This should be fixed in latest versions,
but your NAS uses arch-88f6281 and I can't compile to latest domoticz version because the toolchain from synology is to old.

@Jumbotroll, are you compiling all versions or only when requested? Could you have a look at the DS414 version with Python? Thanks :-)

I will upload all stable release v.49700, but it take some time to compile for all versions 8-)
Are you on DSM 6.1 or DSM 6.2?
You will find arch-armadaxp for DSM 6.2 here in 15 min.

Thanks for that, I'm on 6.2.

On your website you mention you have to uninstall and do a fresh install. I'm reluctant to do so, can you tell me the reason?

Because if you are on an old version, the install script take backup and restore old folders, but you can test to only do a update and if all working you are fine. But if you use dzVents, you maybe have to do a clean install..

@jumbotroll I was just wondering.

I've a DS211 with DSM 5.2, running Domoticz Stable (previous version) at a remote site keeping my parents happy.
Never had any problems. Great job :D

Before upgrading to DSM 6.2 I was looking If I could find "Domoticz 4.9700 stable for DSM6.2" for DS211.
However the DS211 is not listed.
Should I be worried :lol: there is no more time to compile it for the DS211 ?
To much dependencies?

Hope It will be available for me so I can upgrade and have a great new setup again.

tnx.

There will NOT be any domoticz V.49700 for DS211 DSM 6.2.
Synology toolchain is to old and will not build latest domoticz with -std=c++11

Thanks I thought I already read it somewhere but it was worth the shot.
Thank you very much for your hard work.
Let me browse the site a bit more to see if I can make it work with 6.2 and older version of Domoticz. As long as it runs it is no problem. They just have a few switches and not the fancy bits we use :D

Looks like you fixed the problem jumbotroll.

thanks, apparently not many users who use dzVents since the problem was in a lot of previous versions as well

i ported everything from lua to dzvents since dzvents is faster in executing scripts
