Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Aaaaaaaand it stopped updating (the LUX from the gateway) after updating to V3.8701
Wondering why nobody knows if this will be fixed or not. Has there already been issued a (bug)report for this?

Hi, there a
is promo code for Original Xiaomi Aqara Air Conditioning Companion
https://www.gearbest.com/living-applian ... 16094.html
I'm reading the thread now, but the promo can end quickly.
So my question is - will this gateway work as the second one with Domoticz, or not?

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
hello,
I have a problem with a "door_contact" switch.
The icon in the switches secction is correct => a open door when the door is open and a door closed when is closed.
The problem is in the "floorplan section" ==> when the door is closed the icon is "a door open".
Someone have this problem too???
thanks a lot!

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Hello, for the second time this year my gateway got partially stuck :
- some random sensors are seen "not connected" in mi home
- almost no data is sent to domoticz.
The only solution I found was power off/power on. This is very annoying as this gateway is managing critical features in my home. I don't even know how to detect such state as the gateway keeps responding to a ping.
Is it a known bug?

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
How big is the distance between de gateway and the other devices? Perhaps this is the reason why it's not updating constantly.

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
I haven't took time to troubleshoot this issue yet.corbin wrote: ↑Friday 06 October 2017 22:32Commands are not sent multicast, they are sent direct to the IP of the gateway. Multiple gateways should make no difference to this, regardless of if the additional gateway is configured in Domoticz. The correct key should be returned by matching the IP address of the gateway you have configured in Domoticz, so don't know why you are having this problem.chatainsim wrote: ↑Thursday 05 October 2017 10:21 If I understand correctly, you send order to the gateway through multicast ?
Do you have some clue on how to troubleshoot this ?
Thanks

Anyone here who can recommend a realtime flat adapter for a Chinese to EU powerplug?

Is it really so that all Xiaomi wall switches are just "toggle" switches and there are no switches with separate on/off available?

I'm happy with this one:
http://www.skross.com/en/product/98/cou ... urope.html
Bought it via amazon.de (bol.com sells it also)
Synology DS716+. Domotica devices (on about 30): KaKu (and other 433MHz devices), Z-Wave, Mi-Light, Xiaomi.

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Very nice. Maybe with these items I can use the Xiaomi Smartplug as well without it being sticking out of the wall .
However with tha adapter price tag of around 10 euro's .... the Neo Cool Smartplug Can compete with it as well priced at € 16- €20 euro's
At least it will plug the Gateway much nicer against the wall I think.
