There is no general RFXCOM-like 868Mhz transceiver available.

Z-Wave uses 868Mhz in Europe, so if you want to control Z-Wave devices you can use a Z-Wave USB stick.

868Mhz is in the make... could take some time, and the protocols for your hardware 'might' need to be included.
But lets first wait till its finished

The RFLink gateway sold bij nodo-webshop.nl lets you choose which radio you connect.. (not affiliated with them, just looking into the same)

I believe rflink issuported by domoticz and is cheap to buy or easy to diy, it can handle 315, 433, 866 or 2.4g modules if i read their info correctly.

It's just an arduino mega + radio module + downloadable firmware that seems almost as powerfull as the rfxcom

Is this a Zwave 868Mhz version..
Or is there a other kind of type 868Mhz protocol?

Common = KAKUs+3*PVLogger+PWS_TFA_Nexus
plus series of 'satellites' for dedicated interfacing, monitoring & control.
