That only works for unsecured devices. The Homeassistant solution works for all. There is no analogue for Domoticz. Maybe someone who uses HomeKit could comment.

This is going to become a big issue as Matter becomes a widely used standard.

Not sure how this helps as I'm trying to get existing HomeKit devices mapped to Domoticz.

I see there is a HomeKit bridge, but it isn’t clear whether it is two way - you can add Domoticz devices into HomeKit, but not clear if you can load HomeKit devices into Domoticz.

I use the same plug-in and the update was OK for me. Sorry I can’t help, but maybe have a look in the logs to see what is breaking

I’ve given up on OZW - just couldn’t fix the seg faults, so moved to the new config. It wasn’t painless and had to reload some items like locks before I got to a workable state.

It really isn’t as integrated and pretty as OZW, but at least it has a development future.

Is it possible to put battery status switches in Utility rather than Switches?

One thing I’ve found out; to get past the seg fault, I woke up the door lock devices (by opening them) then starting up Domoticz. This seems to fix the issue and Domoticz keeps running.
