Re: LightwaveRf Smart 868mhz
That only works for unsecured devices. The Homeassistant solution works for all. There is no analogue for Domoticz. Maybe someone who uses HomeKit could comment.
This is going to become a big issue as Matter becomes a widely used standard.

Not sure how this helps as I'm trying to get existing HomeKit devices mapped to Domoticz.

Re: Python Plugin: Homekit Insecure Client
Thank you very much for the plug-in! I’m puzzled that as I’m using homebridge edomoticz, would there be a circular reference for devices - so ones that I’ve surfaced to HomeKit via Homebridge e Domoticz would then be added into Domoticz list of devices by this plug-in - thereby having two copies of s ...

Re: homebridge-edomoticz Plugin
I've successfully installed eDomoticz and home bridge, and managed to get some devices into Home. The problem I'm seeing though in either trying to add an AppleTV as a hub to Home before home bridge or after home bridge breaks edomoticz, and the devices are stuck in Updating... They work fine in the ...

The home Assistant solution is:
https://www.home-assistant.io/integrat ... ontroller/
Nothing I have found is like this in Domoticz.

Re: LightwaveRf Smart 868mhz
Ah,
Well I have about 12 Lightwave devices, so that won’t work for me. I see that Home Assistant has a solution.

Can you at least control them from Domoticz? If so, how?

Re: LightwaveRf Smart 868mhz
Well neither of those have Lightwave listed, hence I’m asking on the forum if anyone has any experience.
I see there is a HomeKit bridge, but it isn’t clear whether it is two way - you can add Domoticz devices into HomeKit, but not clear if you can load HomeKit devices into Domoticz.

LightwaveRf Smart 868mhz
Hi,
Is there any solution for the newer Lightwave products that use 868mhz? Can’t seem to find any mention on the forum.

Re: Help with error message
I’m not keen to start using docker on my raspberry just yet. Happy with it running as is (if possible) I've found that restarting the zigbee2mqtt service seems to fix the problem though: sudo service zigbee2mqtt restart my service file is: [Unit] Description=zigbee2mqtt After=network.target [Service] ...

I use the same plug-in and the update was OK for me. Sorry I can’t help, but maybe have a look in the logs to see what is breaking

Re: Segmfault using OZW
I’ve given up on OZW - just couldn’t fix the seg faults, so moved to the new config. It wasn’t painless and had to reload some items like locks before I got to a workable state.
It really isn’t as integrated and pretty as OZW, but at least it has a development future.

Re: Segmfault using OZW
One thing I’ve found out; to get past the seg fault, I woke up the door lock devices (by opening them) then starting up Domoticz. This seems to fix the issue and Domoticz keeps running.

Re: Segmfault using OZW
Hi meal, I have new devices closed - but it seems on a bit of googling, there is an issue with the way Domoticz handles responses with (advanced) in them - I guess the error has been noted, but there doesn't seem to be a time to fix it as OZW isn't going to be supported. The general advice is just ...
