Re: Nefit / Buderus data/control via Arduino / ESP8266 to Domoticz (directly without OpenTherm module or Easy)

So I see "read-only" for the Bosch Easy Control CT200, does this mean that there is no way to set the temperature?

Play Spotify list on Chromecast Audio

Hello, I want to use 1 Domoticz button to start the chomecast audio and play and Spotify playlist. I hope this can be done by sending one JSON string "PUT/GET" to the Chromecast. I was able to do this for the squeezebox. This enabled my daughter to push 1 button to start her favourite song. Is this ...

Re: Show DENON AV reciever input in Text switch

The easiest solution is to use the 12v switching port on the denon to turn on the subwoofer.

If you want domoticz to know you can use a bash script like this one:
memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=1923

Re: Denon AV Reciver - plugin

You can only use http interface to send commands. You need to parse xml to get status. I did it before

If you dive into Lua and API you will see there is an option "toggle". Thats the one you need.

Re: Action Promax / Kaku Alternative

These are learning switches. Put them in learning mode and send an AC signal from domoticz with a manual created switch.

Re: zigbee compatibility

What do you want to support? ZIgbee is not as easy to link as Zwave. Zwave has a register of all the accepted devices. Domoticz only has to download that register. Zigbee is more open. I think its much harder to implement.

You can create a custom tab, by placing a file in your domoticz folder (don't know the name of the folder)

Re: Show DENON AV reciever input in Text switch

I'm hesitating because it would further increase the load on my Pi. There are enough protocols available in Domoticz to do it without PHP and PHP has no functionality in this regard that could not be solved in any other way. Only thing is that you need to take the time to program it.

Re: Domoticz app 2.0

Really like the options in the app right now. Found one "bug". If you search for a switch and you change the status of this switch the search results are gone while the search window is still filled. One of the things that would be really nice in the app to be able to send alerts/messages to the app ...

I have the same suggestions as G3rard!
