Re: What Domoticz Beta version is the last with OpenZwave?
This brings me to a new (small) challenge for me. Updating to "latest" is simple(3 key strokes) with the Synology Docker GUI, but does anyone know how to go to a specific Tag (15459). If I now update, it takes automatically "latest", but I want 15459. Looks like the Synology Docker GUI does not ...

What Domoticz Beta version is the last with OpenZwave?
Just one question regarding the removal of OpenZwave from Domoticz. Which beta version is the last one which supports OpenZwave? At this moment I run beta V15437, to what beta version can I upgrade for the last time. Or is there a latest new final version with OpenZwave?, not real clear for me at ...

The end of openzwave in Domoticz? (Merge pull request #5754 from domoticz/phase-out-openzwave-2)
I saw this on Github........"Merge pull request #5754 from domoticz/ phase-out-openzwave-2 " Is this the end of OpenZwave in Domoticz, if yes.... what is the latest Beta version which still runs OpenZwave? The commit page ( https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Domoticz_versions_-_Commits ) on wiki does not ...

Re: s0 pulse reader gives wrong power use
Perhaps the powermeter from which you get your S0 signal is faulty and not the S0 pulse counter itself.
For some powermeters you can program the characteristics of the S0 pulse, pulse length and at how much power it gives one pulse.
Just some food for thought......

Re: zwave-js-ui and meshing
I still use OpenZwave, so don't exactly know how it work with zwave-js-ui... but I think you have to look for something like "heal network" or "heal node". That function check's routing of the Zwave network. I have also the EUROTRONICS SPIRIT VALVE so I will be following this thread, see if you can ...

Thank you for this nice information
Hope that some one integrates these updated files in the Domoticz package. I will stick to Open Zwave as long as I can.

Re: Possible to connect to raspbberry pi from windows computer?
I use VNC Viewer for a long time to connect from Windows pc('s) to the dekstop gui interface of my Raspberry. And PuTTY if I just want to connect to the commandline interface of my Raspberry. If it is just Domoticz you want to connect to then why not just use the webinterface of Domoticz to connect ...

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
For me the big positive thing about software in a docker container is that it is extremely easy to revert back to the previous version if a update has bugs in it and does not work correctly. That is why I also run Domoticz in a Docker container. On the other subject, I think that it would help many ...

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
Yesterday I updated to beta15109 because of a usefull RFXcom update.
But because of the depreciation of OpenZwave always a stressful moment.
But I am happy to say that beta15109 did not break my OpenZwave
OpenZwave and the other parts of my Domoticz system still work fine.......

Re: Zwavejs2mqtt auto-discovery of rain meter
I also have a Popp-rainmeter, so this has to work correctly before I eventually perhaps will switch from OpenZwave to zwave-JS. Will be following this topic.... And while you are at it.... perhaps change the month/year graph from line to bare graph. Because the Popp-rainmeter only transmits rain ...

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
To bad...... :( Hope that is will clearly be marked from which update version OpenZwave will not be implemented in Domoticz anymore. From a programmer/developers point of view, probably a logical step to get rid of Open-Zwave in Domoticz, but keep in mind that a lot of users still use OpenZwave. And ...

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
Yesterday I went from Domoticz beta14957 to beta15082 because there were a few updates/fixes which were useful to me. But since Open-Zwave is depreciated updating is always a bit stressful. But I am happy to say that updating to beta15082 did not break Open-Zwave (at least for my setup/system). Don ...

Re: Zwavejs2mqtt auto-discovery of rain meter
You set the wake-up interval very tight, this will drain your battery very fast, but you won't know because you don't see the battery status  But clearly it is not a to wide wake-up interval setting. I set mine at 14400seconds(4 hours). Works fine here with beta14957, but it is possible that ...

Re: Zwavejs2mqtt auto-discovery of rain meter
I have the Z-wave POPP rainmeter, and it works fine with OpenZwave in Domoticz, including battery status.
But I am not on the newest latest beta, I run beta14957.
Did you set the "Wake-up Interval" for the rainmeter correctly?

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
Since it was announced that Open-Zwave is depreciated I find it stressful to update Domoticz. Therefore I stayed a while on beta14599, but a few days ago I updated to 14957 because there where a few helpful things changed. And I am happily to say that 14957 did not broke my Open-Zwave, at least not ...

Re: Synology docker usb Help
At http://www.jadahl.com/ there was a usb driver pack for dsm7. But I see that the website is not reachable at this moment.
Perhaps you can find this Jadahl usb driver pack somewhere else on the internet, or someone here on the forum perhaps has it to share

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
After almost a year of not updating Domoticz, and the fear of the loss of Open Z-wave support in future releases, I updated Domoticz yesterday to beta14599. And can report that in beta14599 the open z-wave is still functional, but in the log there is a note that tells it is depreciated. Perhaps make ...

Re: Easiest way to migrate Openzwave to ZWave-JS-UI
I really hope that you leave open z-wave in Domoticz as it is, next to the new ZWave-JS-UI functionality. Even if open z-wave does not seems to be updated anymore, all I need and have runs with open z-wave I would hate to migrate everything. Not much of a problem is you have just a few devices, but ...

Just looking at your log, a quick remark. rainrate 81000.0 mm/hr....? and 0.45mm/m2 total today? should that not be the other way round.... rainrate 0.45mm/hr and total 81000.mm/m2 in total today But a daycount of 81000 is impossible unless you put your rainmeter under a waterfall :-) Good luck with ...

Re: Aeotec Z-Stick on synology 920+
Can't help you much because I am running DSM 6 But I did have trouble with usb hubs and my Synology NAS. Had to try 3 differed ones before I had one which functioned properly. So (If you not already tried this) you should plug in your usb devices individually directly into the usb on your Synology ...
