I have 3 s0 pulse counters (from smartmeterdashboard) and they worked like an charm but for a few days they give wrong values
rebooting doesn't change ant the divider is correct what else can it be??

found that if i set de divider form 1000 to 1500 the power seems to match somewhat

Did you ask smartmeterdashboard? Although not selling anything anymore perhaps your issue is recognized.

Perhaps the powermeter from which you get your S0 signal is faulty and not the S0 pulse counter itself.
For some powermeters you can program the characteristics of the S0 pulse, pulse length and at how much power it gives one pulse.
