All Zwave devices should be auto-created by Domoticz. How else should the Zwave system know which device to update.
It might take some time for every device to be created, even up to a day.

I've added a Eurotronics Spritz z-wave thermostat. From the ozw panel I can see the thermostat reports the actual temperature. However domoticz created a lot of devices temperature is not one of them.
