Re: Gets gas consumption from the electrical energy of the gas boiler
I said an estimated consumption, not precise, but for me it is useful even if the value is +/- compared to the real value, but not by much. I use for this a php function that monitors the consumption of the Viessman Vitodens W100 boiler (when its consumption exceeds 10w, in standby it consumes 3.5w ...

Re: What's next for Domoticz??
However, I saw that the design of the login, about and logs pages has changed, so I'm expecting a surprise for the entire UI.

Hi,
Below I will explain how I managed to obtain an approximate daily gas consumption by transforming the electrical energy consumed by the gas boiler.
The boiler is monitored by a smart plug and I created a custom sensor in domoticz that records daily gas consumption.

Re: What's next for Domoticz??
Domoticz works very well but needs more functional plugins (many on github have not been updated for years) such as support for Android TV, Soundbars, native Chromecast and DLNA, media player to be able to play sound from automations and many others that are necessary and I think can be adapted from ...

Re: beta update error over webgui
Usually it gets stuck at the backup part. But something very strange happens, I try to update several times and it doesn't work... I try again in 5-6 hours and it works the first time like now...i received 17096. I have encountered this situation several times in the last month. I'm thinking maybe ...

I put an older backup, upgraded to Debian 13 and then updated to Domoticz beta. That's how it worked.

Re: machinon theme
Hi,
I'm using the machinon theme and I noticed that if I keep domoticz open in the browser for a while, I can't navigate between tabs (pages), I have to reload the page to load. In the url, the url changes but the page doesn't load without reload the page.
Can be fix this problem?
Thank you!

Re: beta update error over webgui
Hi,
Again from 17057 to 1760.
It needs to be updated twice to work.
This is the third time that it has had to be updated twice to get it to work. The same problem was with the last 2 previous update versions.

Re: Google Cloud Messaging not working
This fix is very good and works, but maybe it should be temporary because not all users have the technical skills to implement from firebase console to domoticz and then to the app. That's why I think a simpler option should be found in the future, like it was before but which works now.

I don't know why...This has not been a problem until now(2025.2 (build 17005)). There is space on the SD card...80%. domoticz_backup_20260113_091642.tar.gz exist.
