Error: MQTT: Unknown command received: setsetpoint
Hi, currently I'm developing some Node-Red-Flows in order to integrate Homematic-IP-Devices in Domoticz. I tried this first with a Windor-Sensor and it works fine. Second try is to integrate a thermostat. When trying to update the Setpoint of the virtual Thermostat in Domoticz via MQTT I get the ...

Re: FGR222 state update not working
Hm, looks good basically. The only difference to my Philio Definition for cover_position seems to be the position_template.
Maybe you give it a try and change that to "position_template": "{{ value_json.value | round(0) }}", then update and rediscover.

Re: Failed to start after boot
I'm running zwave-js-ui in docker, however Mosquitto as a service. This combination works very well, also after restart of Raspi. Here is an excellent Tutorial to install Mosquitto on Raspi as service, which worked well for me: https://randomnerdtutorials.com/how-to-install-mosquitto-broker-on ...

Re: FGR222 state update not working
"position_topic": "zwave/25/38/0/currentValue" says that it's published under prefix zwave and not homeassistant. That's why Domoticz can't see it. Can you post the contents of HomeAssistant Section of your FGR222 Device in Zwave-JSUI ? I'm using Philio Roller Shutter controls. Attached you find a ...

Re: FGR222 state update not working
Your MQTT-Explorer logs show topics with prefix zwave. These topics are not seen by Domoticz MQTT-Autodiscover, which typically listens to prefix "homeassistant" unless you have changed that in the Domoticz Hardware setting. Anyhow this prefix defined in Domoticz Hardware has to be identical with ...

Re: Migrating to Z-Wave JS : Zipato Mini Keyboard RFID/Z-Wave
I Had the same issue with my Wintop Keypad (whis identical with the Zipato device). I could not define a switch device with an identical behaviour like before, but I found an even better solution. I've added three new devices in ZwaveJsUI-HomeAssistand-Section https://www.domoticz.com/forum ...

Re: MQTT ZwaveJsUi and Zwave Notification : Enhancement
Recognition of text based door/window sensors in Domoticz would be nice, I agree. A possible workaraound in the meantime is defining a binary sensor in ZwaveJsUI-HomeAssistant-Section. This worked well for me: https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=301578#p301578 This is an example HASS ...

Re: FGR222 state update not working
I Had similar issues when migrating from OZW to ZwaveJS-UI. Some sensors were missing values in Domoticz. The solution: Have a look in the Device's Section "Home Assistent" in ZwaveJS-UI. Only the sensors shown in this list are pushed to Domoticz via MQTT-Autodiscover. If your desired sensor is ...

MQTT Discovery not maintained in future
I've just migrated my domoticz installation from OZW to Zwave-JS-UI with MQTT Auto Discovery, which is working fine and much more stable than OWZ. On the Developer's Website I found this statement: "The preferred method of integrating your Z-Wave components with Home Assistant is through the ...

Touch Panel Switch: Strange behaviour
Hello, I have a brandnew 4-channel Touch Panel Switch (MCO Home MH-S314). Including as Z-Wave Device was easy (even if seems to be an unknown Device to Domoticz) I also found the respectice 4 Switches in "New Devices and included them. The 4 switches work perfekt, when operating them remotely from ...

Re: Problem including new z-wave devices
@DutchHans: I was able to get rid of all ghost nodes with zensys-tool. I think this is not a problem of Open-Z-Wave. I'm running more than 40 Z-Wave-nodes since more than one year without any problems in Domoticz. Even now I can include new devices with no issues if I do it on the Z-Wave-Stick ...

Re: Problem including new z-wave devices
Good Morning !
Is there really nobody of the domoticz/z-wave experts able + willing to give an answer ?
That's quite sad.
Have a nice weekend

Problem including new z-wave devices
Hi, lately I have problems including new z-wave devices into my domoticz. I do like I did sucessfully with lots of existing devices: Setup=>Hardware=Z-Wave-Setup=>Node-Managent=>Include Node The Window pops up "Including Z-Wave node - Press the include button on your device" I press the include ...

Re: Python Plugin : Broadlink RM2 V4
Same problem. I'm also running Domoticz Beta and tried to install and run Broadlink Plugin. It crashed my Domoticz immediately with "Segmentation Fault". Domoticz can only be restarted after disabling this plugin. I've seen a lot of discussions regarding this problem in this forum, but unfortunately ...

Yeah, that did the trick.
Thank you so much.
That's even better. Now I can build a table in the email with html tags.

Send email with line breaks
Hi, Im trying to send emails within a dzVents script, where the email body consists of a concatenated string including line breaks (\n) Obviously the line break escape codes (\n) are ignored and the whole message is submitted in the email as unformatted string in the body, which looks like a mess. I ...

Re: Blocky Commands ignored
Of course I can update Setpoint with scripts (e.g. with a LuA-script).
But I wanted to do this in Blockly.
Of what use is this new Blockly-Element "Set Setpoint" if I need a script additionally ?

Re: Blocky Commands ignored
And by the way, even with this new Blockly-Function (tried no in Chrome Incognito Mode)
my intitial problem of ignored Blockly commands is still there: Script is working, Comments are written into Log, but "Set Setpoint" Commands are ignored (not executed, no message in Log)
