Re: Temperature sensor to measure central heating (CV leidingen)
Thank you - no but I know why now - I have the original RFXtrx433 so I lent the temperature sensor to a friend at work - he got it working but has the later RFXtrx433E device. The excellent Bert from RFXCom offered a competitive upgrade so I will have a think or just live with them not being ...

Re: Temperature sensor to measure central heating (CV leidingen)
Hi there, After reading this thread I bought two TFA 30.3139 with the external sensor and have an original USB RFXtrx on the latest firmware (Type 2 1024) but it cannot receive any signals from this device. I am on 3.8153 of Domoticz. The RFXCom happily receives Oregon and other AC/ARC signals. I ...

Re: Dashticz v2.0, custom positioning and multiple screens
Hi Rob, Thanks for fixing the pump icon status! EDIT: Actually it is not fixed: see below in Chrome. Oddly running Chrome (no zoom) and Safari (no zoom) I get a different result on my Mac. In the attachment Chrome is on the left and while the available browser window size is different due to the ...

Re: Dashticz v2.0, custom positioning and multiple screens
Hi Rob Couple of minor observations when using auto layout. 1. Safari and Chrome on my 2011 MacBook air 11" behave differently when window is not maximised but is using full height of screen above the dock - in Safari you lose the bottom of the dashboard like this: safari.jpg Where as in Chrome it ...

Re: New Dashboard Design
Thanks Rob - looking really good now with sunrise/sunset, the lux icon and the improved energy use.
There is still a gap with the Energy and Energy today shown the following as you don't know what has used the energy
Thanks a lot
Ian

Re: New Dashboard Design
HOWTO initial input : Thought it would be useful to help create a HOWTO with what I know so far. To install dashboard cd to www directory of domoticz - you can of course use your own web server but if you use IP addresses in CONFIG.js make sure it is on your local LAN git clone https://gitlab.com ...

Re: New Dashboard Design
Thanks a lot Rob - PM sent.
I had another idea for the Dashboard and that is to have sunset/sunrise as per Domoticz - available in the json output.
All the very best

Re: New Dashboard Design
@robgeerts - thanks a lot for the quick update. I will make a PayPal donation for a coffee or two! A few observations The lamp socket which has power usage appears as two blocks but they are out of step (one is ON the other OFF) and you cannot switch the lamp on/off with the energy one because of ...

Re: New Dashboard Design
Great work - really nice - shame this isn't built in to Domoticz - perhaps this could happen? Did this supersede your Dashticz project? A few requests if possible please and of course I will buy you a beer for your efforts :) . 1. Any chance of an FAQ/Readme/in-line comments that shows us how/where ...

Re: lua script On FOR 1 minute
Everyone,
I realised I was being a bit of a muppet - really sorry - I had two very similar lua scripts and two similar LWRF switches - I was changing the wrong script!!! Thanks a lot for your help… now I am off to hide for a while.

Re: lua script On FOR 1 minute
Thanks Nayr - I was replying to Jos asking:
Did you put the script in the On or Off action field of the switch in stead of storing it in domoticz/scripts/lua and naming it script_device_abc.lua?
It's getting executed - the issue is the FOR command doesn't appear to work
Thanks

Re: lua script On FOR 1 minute
Nayr - many thanks - nice alternative solution! Jos - yeah sorry I was a bit vague - I added a print inside the if then but it doesn't get into the log file however the command is firing as seen in the log and by the fact the light comes on - it just doesn't go off after 30, 7 or any time ...
