Hi all
Any help in identifying a hardwired (mains connected) smoke alarm that also talks to the rfxtrx433 would be appreciated.
Cheers

Re: HomeEasy light switches stopped working
I have to say the pricing on the HomeEasy range is VERY attractive.
However, from what I can see they only support old school GLS/incadescent and (maybe) halogen bulbs.
Any chance these could be made to work with CFL or LED?
Cheers

Re: Cheap 433 relay with switch support
Am looking into a similar thing to work with my rfxtrx433e.
Option 1: LightwaveRf 1 gang dimmer: £35 cheapest for single gang
Pros: quality switch
simple to install
compatible with dimmable LEDs
tested and seems to work with CFL for on/off
can be directly paired with £25 PIR sensor
Cons ...

domoticz and zoneminder on pi
Hi all
I understand that Domoticz currently does not support ONVIF cameras and I have a couple of these with PTZ capabilities. Not sure if its in the plans, but for now I understand another software Zoneminder is available.
My hope is to have Zoneminder and Domoticz sit alongside each other on my ...

Re: The all in plan - Evohome - Alarm system - IP cameras
Hi all
recently installed domoticz as my first real smart home automation hub. I've pretty much managed to get it to replace my home alarm now, apart from a few snagging list items. I'm really liking it so far in terms of flexibility and the system has been quite stable so far. I've not yet put in ...

Re: Which 433MHz mains socket?
actually working now..at least the power sockets!
The remote is just not able to be heard by RFXTRX. Tried suggestion to get it on Lightning4 but no joy
However, looks each socket can be trained to multiple remotes.
You need to manually add the transmit code for each socket using Lightning1 ...

Re: Lighting4 Mercury switch from RFXtrx433E
hi I picked up Mercury switches (Model 350.115) on Amazon figuring they would be compatible. Unfortunately, I've enabled all the modes on the RFXtrx433E and as of firmware 1005 they are NOT. Guess I will have to return them
They were on a good deal and work fine otherwise... oh well

Re: Set security armed/disarmed by switch
Hi - I changed the Lua code to say SecPanel and created another lua script to print the status based on a security event.
The print script does NOT get triggered when I press the dummy switch but does when I use the Security Panel directly. I have another blockly script already running that also ...

Re: Set security armed/disarmed by switch
wow - yes it was done in the script editor and making the change to Device has indeed removed the constant error. I would ask why this has worked but I would like to save your invaluable help for the next question.
