Hi,
I've noticed that once in awhile I get new devices added to my list that I don't know where they come from. They are all switches with the subtype FA500. Any ideas where they come from?
Thanks

Re: RFLink keeps adding devices
I have the same issue with X10 devices although I have disabled X10 as protocol in my RFXcom configuration. I live on a farm in the middle of nowhere with no neighbours in a range of 100meter...

Re: RFLink keeps adding devices
Easiest solution, when you have all your sensors you have/needed, goto settings, disable accept new hardware

Same problem here too.
The option from Giz is a good one.
Edit: Just found out that in the device section on the top there is a small TRASHCAN icon to remove unwanted entries.

Re: RFLink keeps adding devices
RFlink got a fix to avoid the additional FA500 devices. Will be released soon.

Re: RFLink keeps adding devices
Old topic, but this fits the subject perfectly.
I have the "accept new hardware" box empty, but RFLink keeps anyhow adding sensors and devices. So far seems that it does it only once and when I remove it, it doesn't add it again even if I use the switch again. But all the time "accept new hardware" was off and neither had I pushed the "allow for 5 min" button. Is there something strange going on with my setup? I've just recently taken RFLink into use...
edit: false alarm, I had pushed the "learn" button once on the devices tab and only after looking at the logs noticed it initiates the same "allow new sensors for 5 minutes". Thought it accepts only until the "timeout"...
