€10,- Temp/ humidity sensor: Froggit F007TH > not working

Post by DrenLooc »

Dear Members,

I purchased some cheap Temp/Humid sensors from Amazon.de. (€9,99)

http://www.amazon.de/Transmitter-Froggi ... ds=froggit

I like these over many other sensors because of the small size, LCD screen, 8channel and IP rating.
I kind of hoped (expected?) these would work with the RFXcom TRX433E.
however, they are not detected by Domoticz.

In RFXmngr (in undec mode), I receive the following:

Packettype = UNDECODED RF Message
UNDECODED ARC:0F8440

(unit set in CH1)

How to get this device working in Domoticz?
I am not a programming type of guy :( ,so I'm also willing to donate a unit to the dev. team so they can add support for this device.

Anyone knows this?

Thanks!

The F007TH is not (yet) supported by the RFXtrx.
This one is supported: http://www.banggood.com/433MHz-Wireless ... 65559.html

The RFXtrxE works perfect with F007TH in Domoticz v3.8153.
You must ensure the RFXtrxE use firmware Ext2. I run RFXtrx433_Ext2_1022.

See below.
