What to do when smart meter has been replaced?

Post by theo11 »

Hi,

Today I have got a new gas and electricity meter and all the counters are now starting at zero.

This has a big impact on the usage graphs!
Today usage:
- gas: -8824 m3
- electricity: total usage: 22065 kWh
All the graphs are screwed up.

What can I do in this situation?

Kind regards,

Theo.

Thanks for the topic links.

This solved the problems with the usage graphs.
