Zigbee thermostat controller with zigate error

I bought this thermostat controller. I don't know what it's brand is.

I got it working(sort of). But there are a lot of errors in my log.
Anyone have experience with these things?
I thought I had find that they where confirmed working. Are they?
I have them connected to my zigate. I am on version 4.12.053

A bit overloaded those days, but here is what I suggest:

1/ follow the step here https://github.com/pipiche38/Domoticz-Z ... -device.md to get the export.json and drop it here.

Looks like you are on Firmware 31d .. which is also good

So please provide me those requested information and we will see from there.

Thanks for the export. Brand is Tuya it should work. Did you see anything not working ?

I had a better look to the log you provided and they looks as just log messages ( we are on beta and didn't clean too much, and especially this device has recently be integrated, so we might need more info in case).

Ah i thought because it said error, unknown and false, it is something wrong

Have switched to stable-fix plugin and i am not getting the errors anymore.
But i it only get updates from the device in Domoticz when i wake it up with pushing a button on the device. that is normal behavior?

I beleive you are with firmware 31d .

The integration was made with someone from the French community and didn't get that feedback. My understand is:

- When you do an update on the device, you get it on Domoticz ( the update could take some time if you change the setpoint value, as the update will be done step by step towards Domoticz).
- You can command the device via Domoticz ( Setpoint ).

- As the local temperature I would believe that we get it automatically, but I have no information on the frequency.


So from your end what you feel working and not working ?


Could you kindly check if you do not have any Debug option enabled via the Tools -> Debug (adavnced) menu

Sorry fot the late answer. Busy days

- if i change the setpoint in domoticz, i updates on the controller too
- If i change setpoint on the device, i get it in domoticz
- if the temp in the room changes, i get very late or I do get an update in Domoticz but it is with a old value.
- When i push a button on the device to see the temp in the room, the devices updates the right value to Domoticz too.

I see that i get an update from the device every 5 min most of the times, sometime only every 2/3 ours. I can't find a pattern why. But the updates does not always contain the right value unless i pushed a button on the device.

In the picture you can see: I put the heating on at 18.00. At 18:05, 18:10, 18:15 etc i get a update from the device. But with the old value.
At 18:30 i pushed a button, and then i got the right value in Domoticz.
Same at 21:00 yesterday.

For the debug option, i have the standard values:
