Aqara lumi.remote.b186acn02, werkt niet pizigate

lumi.remote.b186acn02, this 1 button switch from Aqara does not work it is not recognized in the pizigate, is there anybody to help with it? maybe an update? I did run the latest beta but did not help.

Working great, domoticz crashed due to update but the switch worked before the crash.

I am trying to include my second Zigbee device: Aqara wireless switch D1 single rocker, WXKG06LM, lumi.remote.b186acn02.
So the same as described above so people got it working before. Also on website https://zigbee.blakadder.com/Aqara_WXKG06LM.html it’s listed as a device that works with Zigbee for Domoticz.

However, I can’t get it to be included. First I activate via the “Zigbee for Domoticz plugin” on port 9440 admin=> provisioning => pairing. And next I push the button on the Aqara switch for 10 seconds till the blue lights flash 3 times. But no new device is added.
I tried this quite a few times without succes.

I am quite new to the Zigbee set-up but adding the first device, a Sonos door sensor, worked quite well.

What can I try to find the reason?

For the record, the problem was that the battery was to low. The device seem to be working fine (pairing mode was visible by blinking leds) but apparently the battery was to low. Also placing the new device just a few centimeters from the antenna of the controller helped.

Make sense. Pairing requires more energy than on a steady state and that have been seen few times.
