Problem including z-wave devices

Domoticz version: 2020.2
Hardware: RPi 3
Controller: AEON Labs ZW090 Z-Stick Gen5 EU

After a fresh install of Domoticz 2020.2, I am no longer able to include z-wave devices. Putting it in "find-mode" and pressing the appropriate buttons on the sensor, does not make it include. When I used the pre-2020 version of Domoticz, there was no problem. Including went just fine.

When doing so, there are no errors visible in any log (that I know of), and the status log in Domoticz does not seem all that strange to me.

So I found the problem, well not the root cause, but a work around. It looks like the controller is remembering the old z-wave devices from before the fresh install, although they do not show up in any interface or even tools like "PC Programmer".

In order to get the devices included again, I first had to unplug the z-wave stick from the Pi. Hold the button to trigger "exclusion-mode", orange LED ring is now blinking. Pressing the in-/exclude button on the z-wave device. The led ring on the controller is now blue for a moment. Then to include it again, I press the controller button again, swiftly, so it goes into "inclusion-mode", you can tell by the blue blinking LED ring. Then again, pressing the in-/exclude button on the z-wave device.

After that part is done, I'm going to the hardware-tab in the Domoticz web-interface. This now shows a strange line, like "node connection something something" but not the actual device. In order for it to work properly, I have to choose the "Include node" option and again press the in-/exclude button on the z-wave device. Now it comes up as the correct device and I can use it like I normally did.

I hope this helps if you experiencing the same issues and maybe there is somebody how can explain the logic behind this, because I surely can't.
