I'm now busy with domoticz for a few months, but the last weeks a have some problems. Events that use to work sometimes won't work. Can it be that there are to much actions or something? I copied a small piece of the log. Any ideas how to solve this?:

Re: Timeouts
You should check where the errors came from.
Just a timeout doesn’t mean anything without knowing the whole system.
What type of device gives timeout?
How many mains powered nodes?
How many nodes with polling and polling interval?
How many power reports and interval?

Re: Timeouts
I looked again to the timeouts of tonight:
Main Powered
NodeID 22: Fibaro Dimmer 2 (This one doen't switch on sometimes, but did it before without a problem with the same events)
Main Powered/
NodeID 46: Eurotronic Spirit, This one swithes my floor heating in the badroom. This is associated with an Aeon Labs mulisensor 6 for the temp.
He doesn't switch to percents only on and of (Other ones I have work fine). The set temp is 8 of 18 or 22, but the Aeon Labs always says it's about 22 degrees. The Eurotronic Spirrit itself is at the attic that's why I associated with the sensor.
This one is battery powered.

Re: Timeouts
Why do you have associations? Let Domoticz handle everything.
Did you already exclude/factory reset/include the Eurotronic spirit? Not normal that it isn't behaving like the others.
Is node 22 directly available for the controller? A faulty node can cause strange behaviour on other nodes.

Re: Timeouts
I have the association because the Eurotronic Spirit is in the addict, and he controlls the heat in de badroom. So I told him to look at an external sensor and assiciated him with the Aeon multisensor for the temp in the badroom. Is there another way to do this? I made the association by Domoticz via "Groups & Networks"
I did exclude, factory reset and include again. At first he didn't heat him until the temp got under the setpoint. But once he started again he starts overheating again I included the log of the heating so you can see how he does it. Simply on and of instead of percentages. But more importand almost always on. Also during day when the setpoint is 8 degrees...
I'm not sure if node 22 is directly connected to the controller, how can I check this? Can you see it in the netwerkoverviews?

Re: Timeouts
I would use a script to set the Eurotronics depending on the temperature of the bathroom.
I've never used associations so I can't say how things respond in that case.
You can see the connections in your lower screenshot, but you have to hover over the block with 22 on it's side. Then there should be colored line to node 1 controller.

Re: Timeouts
Ok, I don't know how I should make such a script? This should be something like a thermostat script?
Or just trail and error like if temp is XX then open eurotronic XX%?
To be honest I only programmed in blocky so far, would that be a problem?

Re: Timeouts
I only program in php, if you like to go that way search for pass2php. Everything is possible with that.
I asume you can set the Eurotronic to a level?
Like when 2 degrees to cold fully open, 1 degree half open etc.

Re: Timeouts
Ok, thanks. I'll have to look into another way of programming than Blocky, cause it won't work in that. Thanks for your help!
