I'm new for domoticz and i nee do but a Z-WAVE controller and RELAY
for the controller i think to buy this:
Aeotec USB Z-Stick Controllore S5 ZW090-C
and for the RELAY i don't know which of this is better supported on domoticz
FIBARO System FGS222 Double Relay Switch 2x1.5kW
FIBARO System FGS223 Double Relay Switch 2 2x1.5kW
Qubino ZMNHBA2 Flush 2 Relays

they are all well supported in Domoticz... I have few Fibaro and Aeotec relays and I can tell you I do prefer Aeotec than Fibaro: the manual switches use dry contact than neutral wire... but this is my personal opinion that does not affect at all the operation of those devices

well... it depends on what you need/want from that device:
I'm using it for the reading lights on my bed... one is for me, the other for my wife (FGS-222)
we both have the related button on our side
it works like it is supposed to do!
It has algo grouping capabilities (it means that by pressing a button you can activate other devices) this has to be configured in the OZWCP...
I'm not using it, but could give a try.
Peronally I do not understand the "partially supported" issue

it could be that it has a scenray activation feature that... yes... it could be not very well supported my domoticz, but you can create scenaries in Domoticz indeed
