I'm having similar issues trying to get the software working. I've got to the stage of running start2.sh manually and get this error:

Hi epierre,
I'm using Imperihome everyday on my tablet and phone and still very pleased with it.
Although, today I've created a new incremental counter on Domoticz and one alert sensor. It works fine in Domoticz but first the counter doesn't appear in Imperihome.
I did refresh both tablet and phone but nothing changed. It appears in mydomoip:3001/devices. I did run "sh ./update-mdah.sh" and it returns that everything is up to date. Domoticz v2.3866. Both software restarted.

The alert sensor appears on my devices but without the colors that are shown in Domoticz and without the "text" that I enter with the value.

After a few months usable installation of imperihome on rpi, yesterday i had to reboot the pi.
After that the imperihome didn't come up anymore. Can anyone help me in the right direction;

Hi i'm using docker and i'm doing something wrong but i can't figure out what.
Running domoticz V2.4031 on Archlinux64 and mdah through docker on same machine.

Hmm, I'm a bit lost now: after reading the topics and documentations, I still cannot get the gateway up and running.

Domoticz is installed on a Raspberry Pi (192.168.1.50, port 8080. The MyDomoAtHome installation was completed without errors, but still no luck:
1) the domo_path in config.yml changed to "http://192.168.1.50:8080" or "http://192.168.1.50:3001" or "http://192.168.1.50:whatever"
2) Port in MyDomoAtHome.sh changed respectively to 8080 or 3001 or something

Result always the same: http://192.168.1.50:8080/devices ends up always to normal Domoticz interface and http://192.168.1.50:3001/devices (or any alternative) results in "Safari can't connect to the Server"

Long story short: what should the gateway ip and port be set to?

no, I'm not docker specialist enough maybe, is the machine running docker on the same subnet as domoticz ?

some command:
$ docker-machine ip

or

$ docker inspect --format '{{ .NetworkSettings.IPAddress }}' $(docker ps -q)

or

$ boot2docker ip (on mac)

1) domo_path is the http address to reach your domoticz so http://192.168.1.50:8080
2) if on the same machine, 8080 port is already for domoticz, so starting MDAH will not be possible if the port is already binded to another application, leave 3001 here to test, and try ./start2.sh to validate it can start

Yes the domo_path is configured.
When I try http://my-ip:8080/devices I can see in start2.sh most of my devices.
The crash appears at the end.

ok so dependencies are met.

In your browser you should access : http://192.168.1.50:3001/devices

When you say "crash" thre is a message "interface déjà utilisée" or "alrady bunded port" or something like that ?

do a "lsof -i tcp:3001 to see who's using port 3001" or a pas ax and search for an already running starman process and kill it.

on a classic system, on a port only one process can listen (aka bind), so start2.sh won't start (maybe what you call crash) if the process (started before) is already running on this port.

Where I'm puzzled is that the 8080 port is normally for proxyes, ok domoticz use it too but you should not have MDAH using it in case it is running on the same machine as domoticz.

Can you post here your config.yml please, I guess the issue is inside... (replace by xxx if passwords are in)

can you send me the /root/.cpanm/build.log to [email protected] so I can se and avoid polluting the forum on logs ?
